I was at 4 and I was online when Q was yanked from 4 to 8. Q wasn't part of that. It was all, they don't like us here, 8 is extremely welcoming, we're leaving. And others including me, were saying, don't leave, stay put, Q said not to go anywhere, and he's not here, he has not posted to go to 8.
It's more possible that CM stole Q from 4, it's highly unlikely that CM would use 4 to be Q. Not saying that CM stole Q from 4, but it's plausible, CM creating Q on 4 is much less plausible.
