>here's a thought….. GO TO A LIBRARY and search physical documents. (before they burn them all down).

A prescient observation, though "they" don't need to burn them down as we're transitioning to electronic memory, not paper. Scan the books and it makes editing history easy and leaves few traces.

We need to defend our (paper) libraries aggressively as they hold a snapshot of the "truth" as understood at the time of writing. When these "truths" evolve over time there is a "paper trail" showing how society and academia update their world views based on accumulating knowledge.

Relying solely on the state of electrons for our collective memories is fraught with peril.

Remember "Dan Forrester" in Lucifer's Hammer? He saved his books by dumping them in a dry septic tank. Those books eventually saved the last remnants of civilization.

Think what was lost when the Library of Alexandria was burned. Every book and manuscript there was unique, one off hand written and illustrated. Possibly thousands of years of accumulated wisdom, medicine, physics, astronomy, history, religion, philosophy and art.

I keep several generations of Encyclopedia, Books of the Year, textbooks, Harvard Classics in a stable and fireproof environment. I have shamed many an "educator" with an agenda with written proof of their false narratives.

Save your books anon's, Save your books.
