Interesting that this campy 90's Sci Fi is so much more subtle in its satan trickery than the current shit on netflix. They obviously ramped up the programing in the last couple decades…the sci fi these days is way less "feel good" with so much more blatant murder and dismemberment.

Because "I have the eyes to see" (no symbiot required, tyvm) I catch all the symbolism and non sequitur like the main characters many subliminal pedo/andrenochrome references….

For instance in one episode it is focused on a planet full of children and the main Guy Sgt Oneil goes to a school yard and says totally out of context "Mama Mia Pizzaria!" when he sees the children.

They all had to drink the blood of a "system Lord" in one episode and Oneil made a reference to it feeling like the 70's… why would drinking blood be like a drug?
