AZ audit: The guy scanning with UV on camera 6 seems to just be putting all the ballots in the same box and is not recording any results anywhere. What could be the purpose? I also just watched him put 4 ballots in the box in a row without scanning them with the light. Thoughts?

I've switched to cam 9, seeing them measure ballot lengths and heights, then they scan them, then all end up in the same box. What's being recorded?
