I don't have anything against any one person but when I was younger my father filled me in on some of the local history of the neighborhoods where he lived. In the poor black neighborhoods the Jews would buy up all the housing units and become the slum lords and keep it that way. The vaccine can be distributed easily since it does not have to be stored at freezing temperatures. The US Supreme Court, which hasn't issued a major gun-rights decision in over a decade, has agreed to review a New York case to decide whether the government must allow most residents to carry a handgun in public.

US Embassy In Turkey Closes For 2 Days Over Genocide Statement Backlash

Alaska State Senator Lora Reinbold was forced to take a huge ferry and road journey to the state's capital city, Juneau, after Alaska Airlines banned her from flying for refusing to wear a mask.

 

Alaska Airlines announced on Saturday that it had banned Reinbold for refusing to adhere to its Covid-19 pandemic mask policy.

 

β€œWe have notified Senator Lora Reinbold that she is not permitted to fly with us for her continued refusal to comply with employee instruction regarding the current mask policy,” said a spokesman for the company, noting that United States law β€œrequires all guests to wear a mask over their nose and mouth at all times during travel, including throughout the flight, during boarding and deplaning.”

BLM Rioters Invaded The Oklahoma Capitol. No One Is Being Accused of Insurrection.

 

Black Lives Matter (BLM) protestors invaded the Oklahoma Capitol while the state House of Representatives was in session. They were, ostensibly, rioting against new Republican-authored bills protecting law enforcement and victims of violent riots.

 

The protestors, chanting β€œBlack Lives Matter”, filled a fifth floor gallery and disrupted the Oklahoma House of Representatives session being conducted in the chamber below. The House was forced into lockdown due to the disturbance. To date, no one in the media has accused the BLM rioters of being β€œviolent insurrectionists,” in stark contrast to a handful of rioters – from a group of hundreds of thousands of peaceful demonstrators – on January 6th at the U.S. Capitol.

 

A video clip shows one male protestor practically nose-to-nose with a lawmaker in the gallery, the two of them having what seemed to be a β€œheated verbal confrontation” until the aggressive man was pulled away by a female fellow protestor, as which point the man called, β€œYou’re a disgrace, you’re an embarrassment to the whole fβ€”ing nation!”

 

Other protestors joined in with shouted accusations and insults of their own (even while some started to leave), including a woman who yelled, β€œYou are traitors, insurrectionists, seditionists!”

 

Oklahoma Highway Patrol eventually escorted the protestors from the building and a β€œdrug dog” was taken through the House gallery to ensure that nothing had been β€œleft behind.”

 

The disturbance was orchestrated, according to activists, to protest what they called β€œanti-protest and anti-transgender bills” advancing through Oklahoma’s majority-Republican House and Senate.

 

One bill β€œcreates a misdemeanor for unlawfully obstructing traffic while participating in a riot,” according to Fox News. The bill further adds criminal and civil liability protections β€œfor motor vehicle operators who unintentionally cause injury or death to an individual participating in a riot under certain circumstances,” according to the Oklahoma legislature. Organizations involved with those β€œparticipating in riots or unlawful assemblies” would also be penalized by the bill. Republican Gov. Kevin Stitt approved this bill on Wednesday.

 

The governor also signed a bill into law making it criminal to dox law enforcement and other public officials β€œby publishing their personal information online” on Wednesday. The bill β€œmakes it a misdemeanor offense punishable by up to six months in jail or a $1,000 fine for an individual with the β€˜intent to threaten, intimidate or harass,’ to use an β€˜electronic communication device to knowingly publish, post or otherwise make publicly available personally identifiable information of a peace officer or public official’ and result β€˜in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury.'”

 

Finally, protestors objected to a third Republican-authored bill meant to prohibit biological males who identify as transgenders from playing on female athletic teams, since biological men have a β€œcompetitive advantage” over biological women.

Concerning internet access, the event’s exhibitor manual reveals that β€œthe organizer has the right to monitor the use of the network by technical means” and forbids attendees from using the internet to β€œundermine” Chinese Communist Party β€œpride” and β€œsocial morality”:

Twitter Won’t Take Action Against LeBron James for Tweet Targeting Officer

 

Twitter said it would not take action on a tweet posted by basketball player LeBron James targeting a Columbus police officer who fatally shot an knife-wielding assailant attacking an unidentified woman in Columbus, Ohio last week. The company claims its hands are tied because James deleted his tweet before the company could decide if it broke the rules.

 

β€œYOU’RE NEXT, #ACCOUNTABILITY” tweeted James last week, along with a picture of the police officer’s face, after news of the shooting emerged.

 

Video footage later revealed that the police officer took a split-second decision to discharge his firearm, as the assailant, 16-year old Ma’Khia Bryant, was about to stab another young black woman with a knife.

 

The basketball player later deleted the tweet following backlash and mockery from other users of the social media platform.

 

The Arizona Republican Party went so far as to say that James’ tweet constituted a threat against an officer of the law, and that he should be arrested.

Former PM David Cameron Lobbied UK Govt on Behalf of $1 Billion Chinese Investment Fund: Report

 

Former Prime Minister David Cameron reportedly lobbied then-Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond in 2017 to secure government approval for a $1 billion Chinese investment deal.

 

Mr Cameron β€” who has recently been embroiled in a lobbying scandal involving government contracts secured during the Chinese coronavirus crisis for Greensill Capital β€” has been revealed to have allegedly used his government connections to gain approval for an investment pact with Chinese partners.

 

In 2017, Cameron held a meeting with Chancellor Hammond to discuss the formation of the $1 billion (Β£718 million) UK-China Fund, of which the former Tory prime minister was set to become the vice-chairman, according to correspondence obtained by The Observer and the Bureau of Investigative Journalism.

 

The meeting came just 15 months after Mr Cameron resigned following his defeat in the Brexit referendum.

 

Current rules forbid former prime ministers from lobbying the government for two years. However, as Cameron was not yet employed by the Chinese investment fund, he was able to skirt the lobbying prohibition.

 

In a 2018 letter to then-shadow chief secretary to the Treasury, Labour MP Peter Dowd, Phillip Hammond wrote that Cameron had disclosed in the meeting β€œof his plans to create a commercial UK-China fund to invest in innovative, sustainable and consumption-driven growth opportunities”.

 

The letter also revealed that Cameron was successful in securing general government approval of the fund.

 

β€œAs I noted to Mr Cameron during our meeting, the government is generally supportive of any private sector initiative that furthers UK-China collaboration,” Hammond said in his letter to Dowd.

 

β€œMr Cameron did not at that stage have specific plans for his role in the fund, nor did he ask for government support, given the government has no involvement in the staffing of private sector initiatives,” he added.

 

This claim does not appear to be true, however, as the advisory Committee on Business Appointments (Acoba) said that Cameron informed the body that β€œhe would be vice-chairman of the fund and this would be a paid role”.

 

β€œThe independent committee’s role is to give advice under the government’s rules and make that advice transparent. All other matters – such as whether the rules are right or whether ministers are able to meet former prime ministers – are a matter for the government,” Acoba, the ministerial jobs watchdog, said in a statement.

 

Shortly after the meeting with Cameron, then-Chancellor Hammond publicly endorsed the UK-China Fund during a trip to Beijing.

Democrats Blaming Everyone But … Themselves

 

An old expression notes that when you point one finger at someone, there are three fingers pointing back at you. This aphorism may have originated in the Bible when Jesus said, β€œWhy do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?”

 

Modern Democrats and the left embody this sentiment, quick to blame anyone and anything for problems that they largely created. They offer no thoughtful consideration of their own roles in starting the never-ending dumpster fires that they blame on their political enemies.

 

The psychologists call this projection, β€œunconsciously taking unwanted emotions or traits you don’t like about yourself and attributing them to someone else.” In the case of the left, I doubt this is unconscious; more likely, a deliberate Alinsky-style approach to winning the war of ideas, something the Republican Party remains clueless about.

 

The current example is the demonization of law enforcement along with calls for police departments to be abolished, as the harpies of β€œThe Squad” demanded in response to the recent death of Daunte Wright in Minnesota.

 

But police defunding only affects you and me. While the Squad points a finger at us, their three fingers are pointing back at themselves, to the tune of the $32,000 they spent on private security for themselves while championing defunding the police.

 

Democrats tell us that law enforcement is evil, yet earlier this year Congress surrounded itself with a fortress of fences and troops. We should be on our own in a cop-less world, the message goes, but not elected officials, confiscating our money via taxes to keep themselves safe. One finger pointing out, three back at themselves.

 

Since Minnesota may soon be changing its nickname from the β€œland of 10,000 lakes” to the β€œland of 10,000 protests,” let’s look at who is running the show up there, in the land where cops are apparently out of control, shooting innocent black men for sport.

 

Minnesota has a Democrat governor, Tim Walz, who succeeded another Democrat governor, Mark Dayton. Minneapolis has had Democrat mayors since the 1960s, with one independent in the late 60s, and one Republican, who served only one day in office.

 

Minneapolis has a 13-member city council, 12 of whom are members of the Soviet-sounding β€œDemocrat-Farmer-Labor Party” and one a member of the β€œGreen” party. No Republicans.

 

Minneapolis police Chief Medaria Arradondo is described by Wikipedia as the β€œfirst black chief of the Minneapolis Police department” but that he is of β€œColombian heritage.” Does that make him a β€œblack Hispanic”? Perhaps he is related to George Zimmerman, whom CNN and the New York Times described as a β€œwhite Hispanic,” although his Peruvian great-grandfather was black.

 

The chief was appointed by Betsy Hodges, a past Minneapolis mayor, and another member of the Soviet-sounding β€œDemocrat-Farmer-Labor Party.” From the governor on down to the police chief, everyone is a Democrat. No Republicans. No Donald Trump. No Charlottesville. No white privilege or supremacy. The Democrats, party of KKK Exalted Cyclops Senator Robert Byrd, own this free and clear.

Kamala Harris Will Reportedly Address UN Urging Countries to Prepare for New Pandemic

 

The world is still struggling to overcome the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, but some voices, including among the medical community, are already saying that the emergence of the next one is just a matter of time.

 

US Vice President Kamala Harris is planning to address the UN on 26 April with a speech calling on countries to start preparations for a new pandemic, the AP reported, citing an obtained document allegedly containing the text of her speech.

 

"At the same time that the world works to get through this pandemic, we also know that we must prepare for the next", Kamala is purportedly planning to say to UN members via a virtual address.

 

Harris will reportedly outline her vision of what actions countries should undertake in order to improve their response to a potential next pandemic. Her proposals will supposedly include improving access to national health systems, increasing investments in scientific research, raising funding for medical workers, and boosting the manufacturing capacities for PPE (personal protective equipment), vaccines, and tests, as well as investing in the wellbeing of women (the AP did not elaborate on this provision further).

 

The US vice president will reportedly note the fact that after fighting against the pandemic for over a year, nations now know a lot more about preparation for such outbreaks. However, she is planning to stress that it would be unwise not to use that knowledge now, AP reported.

 

"We have been reminded that the status quo is not nearly good enough, and that innovation is indeed the path forward", the vice president is reportedly going to say.

 

The speech of the US vice president will also reportedly be backed by that of Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the Biden-appointed US ambassador to the UN. Documents obtained by the AP suggest that she will also be proposing that countries start preparing for a new global outbreak.

 

"The takeaway from this past year is clear: The world barely withstood this pandemic. We must be ready for the next", Thomas-Greenfield will reportedly say, based on the alleged excerpts from her speech obtained by the AP.

 

Since the first confirmed outbreak of the coronavirus in China in December 2019, the disease has spread around the world, infecting over 141 million and claiming the lives of 3,021,700 people as of 26 April. The national health services of many countries ended up being unprepared for the outbreak of the highly infectious virus and were overwhelmed, understaffed, and underequipped in the first months of the pandemic.

 

Such calls are not new – earlier, billionaire philanthropist and proponent of mass vaccination Bill Gates called for multi-billion-dollar investments in healthcare systems to prevent countries from being "caught flat-footed again". Ariz. audit underway, officials finding signs of fraud

 

Ballot counters are working hard in Arizona to snuff-out voting irregularities in last year’s presidential election and fight off Democrat attempts to derail them.

 

On Sunday, forensic experts confirmed they are examining thousands of ballots cast in November as part of the audit in the Grand Canyon State. They are using ultra-violet lights to search for ballot watermarks and weed-out phony ballots.

Australia Calls Out Biden And His β€œWoke Military”…

 

Now, I think we can all agree that the world has become a more dangerous place since Joe Biden was inaugurated U.S. president. But the question we have to ask now is, why? I mean look at it. On Friday, Chinese forces committed their largest-ever incursion into Taiwanese airspace, as worries as grow by the day of a Chinese invasion of the Democratic island republic. Meanwhile, in the Middle East, Iran is on the march with its rebel militias, now attacking Saudi oil fields and building up a stockpile of missiles that has Israeli planners increasingly nervous about a potentially devastating conflict happening sooner rather than later.

 

And here in Australia, officials are now also worried that with the U.S. seemingly in retreat under Joe Biden, they need to dramatically up defense preparations to counter threats from the North, i.e. China. So why are things getting so hot so fast? Surely the U.S. is still big enough and ugly enough to ward off anyone planning anything truly dangerous, right? Well, not so fast because the U.S. military, I am sorry to report, has fallen prey to invading armies of PC wokesters, human resources PowerPoint jockeys, and identity politics radicals. So instead of being on alert to fight foreign enemies, the US military is now being used to ferret out domestic foes, i.e. anyone to the right of the Biden administration.

 

It started with the militarization of the U.S. Capitol by the National Guard due to the supposed-to-now-widely debunked threat of some further alt-right, β€˜insurrection’, after Joe Biden’s inauguration. It moved on to National Guard troops marching down the halls of Congress to criticize a Republican congresswoman after she made comments they didn’t agree with. Then the Pentagon ordered a one day stand down of military forces across the globe to deal with the supposed problem extremism in the ranks, though those who participated in the training say that while the sessions were supposedly all about going after the alt-right, anyone who talked about antifa or Black Lives Matter and brought up the violence done in the names of those organizations, was quickly shut down. The sessions instead, many who participated report, were really about ferreting out anyone guilty of wrong think on the right. And here’s the sinister bit, it also encouraged servicemen and women to report one another to higher ups if they caught them saying or expressing the wrong things or ideas or opinions. I mean, really, how long is it until the U.S. military goes down the road of the old Soviet Union where political officers were always on hand to check everyone’s thinking and overrule commanders on the ground?

But it’s not only those within their own ranks, the Pentagon is also going after private citizens. After Fox News’s Tucker Carlson slammed America’s increasingly feminized woke military, the Pentagon and many of its top generals launched a full court press on social media to denounce Tucker Carlson, a private citizen. And speaking of generals, have a look at the US Special Operations Command’s new chief of diversity and inclusion. Yes, you heard me right, Special Ops has a diversity and inclusion chief and his name is Richard Torres Estrada. Now, where have we heard that name before? Oh, yeah. Here’s that same Richard Torres Estrada on Twitter, comparing Trump to Adolf Hitler.

 

Honestly, at this rate, China will need to defeat America on the battlefield if America under Biden keeps becoming more like China. And that’s the danger. If you’ve been following for me for any length of time. You know, my motto, β€˜go woke, go broke.’ The US military is increasingly going woke and falling for PC fads and identity politics and narratives that come straight out of the hard progressive left. And that means America’s enemies from Beijing to Tehran, are not just laughing, but planning. These are dangerous times and thanks to Joe Biden, they’re getting a lot more dangerous.

Under Iranian marriage laws women are unable to leave the country or get a passport without their husband's permission.

Women cannot take part in certain sports banned by the government and it is compulsory to wear a hijab or face jail.

 

The Association of Iranian Women in France and their counterparts in Italy and Sweden in a statement: 'We consider the election of the extremely misogynistic regime of Iran as an insult to all Iranian women, the main victims of this regime during the last four decades.

 

'We call on governments, institutions and associations to condemn this decision.'

 

Masih Alinejad, a US-based activist and founder of My Stealthy Freedom, told the Swedish parliament that the decision to elect Iran onto the UN women's rights committee was an 'insult', Asharq Al-Awsat reports.

 

She said: 'A regime that does not allow women to make decisions for their own bodies has been elected to a body to monitor the condition of women around the world.'

EU launches lawsuit against AstraZeneca over vaccine supply failures

 

The EU has launched legal action against AstraZeneca after Brussels accused the drug company of failing to supply enough COVID-19 vaccines to the bloc. The European Commission claims AstraZeneca failed to respect its contract with Brussels, which states the company would use β€œbest reasonable efforts” to supply 180 million vaccine doses to the EU in the second quarter of this year.

The European Commission has been criticised for its slow vaccine rollout. Both Britain and America have inoculated over 50% of their populations, compared to just 21% in the EU. Leaders in Brussels blamed vaccine manufacturers for delays and supply shortages, and claimed that AstraZeneca vaccines meant for the EU were going to the UK.

 

In March the CEO of AstraZeneca hit back at these suggestions, and said the British government had agreed its vaccine contract three months before the EU, meaning supply chain problems had been solved by the time the jab had been approved by regulators. The British government has defended the company for producing vaccines at cost and for creating a jab which can be stored at room temperature.

 

Emmanuel Macron and other European leaders came under fire for raising doubts about the Oxford jab without evidence, which may have led to a lower uptake in vaccines amongst Europeans.

The suspect, Sergio Donizetti Luciano, 59, who is currently in federal custody, is a fugitive from justice in Brazil with a prior conviction for rape of a minor. While there may or may not be any victims in the United States, there is an ongoing HSI investigation into that possibility.

"All these instructions [to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office] Andrei Yermak and the claims that in Ukraine there is no problem of the Russian language or the Church, which he is ready to state at a meeting with Putin - all these moves are PR tricks," Bortnik said.

 

He added that the possibility of a meeting between the two leaders should not be ruled out altogether, but, he speculates, it may take place rather on the condition of European or US brokerage.

Proposal for a meeting

 

On April 20, Zelensky invited Putin to meet "at any point in Donbass where the conflict is continuing." On April 22, the Russian leader commented on the Ukrainian president’s idea that "if the point at issue is a discussion of Donbass problems, then the Ukrainian leadership should meet with the leaders of the Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics first thing." This is precisely what settlement efforts in Donbass should begin with. Such issues can be discussed with any third country, including Russia, only after that. Putin added that he would be ready to see Zelensky in Moscow at any convenient moment for a discussion of bilateral relations.

 

Putin said it was such steps by the Ukrainian leadership as violations of the rights of the Russian-speaking population and attempts to undermine the unity of the Orthodox Church in Ukraine that harmed bilateral relations.

 

Earlier on Monday, Zelensky said in reply to this statement that he had issued instructions to Yermak to arrange for a meeting with Putin. He added that the agenda of the meeting was really important to him, while its venue was a detail of secondary importance. Also, Zelensky said he was ready to discuss the status of Russian speakers and the Church in Ukraine.

 

Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS that no details of a possible meeting were available at the moment.
