What gets anon, is that they are not handling each ballot the same. Why anyone wouldn’t count 2 million pieces of paper in a monotonous linier fashion makes no sense.
Yet by definition, a forensic audit would be scientific and orderly. Why all the zigzagging around the room?

Ya, i’m seeing that too. Lots of demonstrations of authentication techniques, at the same time rolling carts diagonal across the room negates the up sides.
