I realize this is off topic but we all need to be top notch in health, so I’m posting in case it helps someone else. For years I’ve been waking up achy with congestion, like I’d swallow and my ears would pop and crackle. I’ve been on a LC diet for years, but still sometimes ate things like apples, other fruit, honey and maple syrup occasionally.. a modified Atkins.

 

After doing some research, for one month I went hardcore keto/virtually no carb..only meats, eggs, cheeses, full fat dairy and veggies but no grains or anything with sugar. I no longer sneeze constantly in the morning, no more neck and shoulder aches and my head is totally clear. As a test, I had a “cheat” day on April 29 and spent the next two days with the bad symptoms (which have now cleared by going back to no sugar). For anons who have this weird head/sinus issue (and you don’t think it’s allergies), try 100% cutting out any form of sugar. It’s not easy but I finally feel really good and mentally sharp. Maybe it’s an intolerance but I think there’s an odd inflammation factor too?
