This case looks like they are trying to get the memo published in order to use it as a foundation for charging Barr with perjury before Congress. The pissed off sour grapes in me that sees Barr as not doing everything he could to protect the country and law and order, wants the Democrats to succeed. Let Barr go to prison for a day or a week (Papadopoulos got 2 weeks, I think) on a petty perjury technicality as punishment for sucking up to the DS.

 

But on the other hand, I don't want Trump being tarnished with an AG that does an hour in the pokey. The Dems would rub it in our faces forever. Still, Barr could've done more.

Papa D did get 2 weeks, but not for Congressional perjury but lying to FBI agents.

Apparently lying to congress is punishable with a maximum of 5 years in prison.
