It was known early on that this was a vascular disease, and not a respiratory one, so the push for ventilators made no sense. Oxygen was getting into the lungs,

This case looks like they are trying to get the memo published in order to use it as a foundation for charging Barr with perjury before Congress. The pissed off sour grapes in me that sees Barr as not doing everything he could to protect the country and law and order, wants the Democrats to succeed. Let Barr go to prison for a day or a week (Papadopoulos got 2 weeks, I think) on a petty perjury technicality as punishment for sucking up to the DS.
