Did you get your letter from "President Joseph R Biden Jr"?

On the front (or am I making too many assumptions there)… it begins "My fellow American".

Now flip it over.

The backside starts: "Mi compatriota"

Now compare the two in their entirety. In the Spanish version, they omitted EVERY reference to America. In two cases they used the word basically meaning USer. They even omitted American in the title of the bill American Rescue Plan.

My Spanish pretty well sucks, so maybe someone with a good grasp of the linguistic nuances can take a look.

I haven't really looked into all the theories on this, but at a certain point you really do have to ask if this is all some comedy act.
