with zoom-ins of the ordeal, and I noticed something metallic (or aluminum (aluminium for our Britanons)) glinting in the sun. It appears to come out of her cankle and fall on the ground. At first I thought someone dropped something, but it disappears as she is dragged into the van.
Also, someone in the comments section who claims to be in law enforcement points out that her hands are behind her back. It certainly looks like it, but I can't tell for sure.
I was suspicious of the clinking sound in the video, but it's there in this one too:
