Matthew DePerno: We now can definitively show the court that the fraud actually occurred…in the age categories of 65-80, there is almost a 100% voter turnout. We don't believe that that is accurate…20% of absentee ballots that were mailed out, were mailed to P.O. Boxes, which is illegal.
