Theoretically even the news about vaccine deaths and major side effects could be fake.
At the same time this wouldn't really make sense, because if you actually want justice and want to arrest the top of pharma and shut pharma down, you couldn't replace their vacckills. Of course theoretically you could make them weaker, still an actual trial would require you to not interfere.
Maybe that drop was disinformation, or maybe it was meant as a "you won't get arrested for posting on here / your family won't get murdered".
