It's not the cia, it is about the criminals that abused it, already when it was founded imho
Mostly the leaders with their unaccounted black projects. And it was ment as intel agency toward foreign countries, not its own poeple.

They came in with quantity over the last five or six breads, less with quality. Not so aggro towards single anons, but occuping board and narrative. It seems to ebb down a bit since half of this bread.
