This was existing language in the Florida Statutes before the latest additions. So, they could've acted on it before and didn't. I suspect you'll find some other similar language in other state statutes.

Any means necessary is legalese for force to include deadly force. What's interesting is that it doesn't specifically proscribe who uses the force, like most criminal enforcement authorities specify that LEOs may use any means necessary to enforce the statute, this one seems to allow for designees…orderlies, etc…

Didn't say I liked it or agreed with it, just that it's more common than one might assume, and fairly broad as to how it can be applied. A lot of authority in one appointed individual, who probably has qualified immuniity…at least LEOs are sworn and are personally liable for their actions.

Home Depot kept coming up and had the parts and at virtually the same price and delivery speed as Prime. So, I checked to make sure they weren't also donators to the Marxists and not only were they NOT, the Marxists are pissed at them for giving A MILLION DOLLARS TO TRUMP!

I never would've thought about Home Depot for truck parts (or anything out of their lane), but they got the order, IMMEDIATELY.

It's a struggle, but we'll reach them eventually…we're more than we were even a year ago and orders of magnitude more than we were just a few years ago. Some of us have been in this space before the net, so we're infinity more than we were then…I'm old and tired, but would like to see us on top before this body wears out.
