Stephen was partners in a restaurant called Thomas Foolery on Dupont circle in DC located at 2029 P Street NW. It was small basement bar that had board games and served ice cream candy and booze.

Guys, look at these tunnels that were discovered and then "Cemented Over" years ago. They were discovered on 21st and P Street. They were supposedly dug by Harrison G Dyar who worked for the Smithsonian.
