I've been trying to square the (seeming) contradiction between systemic corruption in 3 Letters continually being exposed with the drop stating [99%] serve with distinction and are Patriots.

On one hand:

> Dismantled.

> Impossible to clean.

And on the other:

> [99%] men and women at CIA serve with distinction [Patriots].

> [1%]

> [99%] men and women at FBI serve with distinction [Patriots].

> [1%]

It finally hit me there's no "of" between [99%] and "men and women". So what if the [99%] and [1%] are more like labels. We the people, the 99 percenters – they the elite cabal, the 1 percenters (of the population as a whole). It also fits mirror/projection with their labeling language in occupy movements. Then you could have those agencies with a much higher percentage of corrupt/cabal/[1%] than actually 1%, which is definitely how it seems.

Seen a number of others puzzling through this lately too so hopefully it helps.
