MEMORY LANE 2014 VIDEO: THE VOTING MACHINES WEREN'T TABULATING CORRECTLY

After a small test group of ballots are fun thru a tabulator, and hand tabulation was done, the results shocked the participants.

"I, I don't know exactly how to describe what, what I saw here. Um. I think we, as election officials, need to be a little bit more demanding from the vendors as to the technical specifications of this equipment. The vendors are driving the process of voting technology of the United States. I would much rather at this point I think focus on allowing citizens to select technology that satisfies their needs."

Near the end of this short CSPAN video which actually was from a March 2009 CSPAN2 televised announcement, DAG Ogden states,"….gun tracing activity….which targets the illegal weapons and their sources in the United States."

At that time, the Obama administration wanted everyone to believe that it was dirty FFL gun dealers along the border that were the sources in the U.S. Instead of the Obama administration itself.

During that time frame a B/M Chicago gang member uploaded a video to youtube. He filmed and explained that unknown persons not from their area were dropping off wooden crates full of AK-47s and AR-15s on the sidewalks, and driving away. The gangs figured it out and started keeping their eyes open. It was a free-for-all rifle grab. (I can't find the old video at the moment to prove this. It's in my old records somewhere…)

Anyway, Fast Forward to now.

The gov't recently announced stepped up efforts in major "blue cities/states across the U.S. to crack down on those supplying guns illegally to the gangs in the cities. They are blaming the gun dealers once again for the violence the corrupt Dems have created in their cities by defunding police etc.

WE NOW KNOW WHAT THEIR AGENDA IS FOR DEFUND THE POLICE. THERE IS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND.

ATTENTION ALL FFLs - they will use cooperating defendants and straw purchasers to set you up. They are going to target you and blame you for the increase in gun violence.

A White House Fact Sheet previewing President Joe Biden’s Wednesday afternoon speech suggests he will announce increased overwatch of Federal Firearms License holders (FFLs) as part of his response to surging crime.

According to the White House, Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) “is announcing a new policy to underscore zero tolerance for willful violations of the law by [FFLs] that put public safety at risk.”

What the new policy means in real terms:

Absent extraordinary circumstances that would need to be justified to the Director, ATF will seek to revoke the licenses of dealers the first time that they violate federal law by willfully 1) transferring a firearm to a prohibited person, 2) failing to run a required background check, 3) falsifying records, such as a firearms transaction form, 4) failing to respond to an ATF tracing request, or 5) refusing to permit ATF to conduct an inspection in violation of the law.

The White House Fact Sheet notes, “ATF will notify every firearms dealer whose license is revoked about how to lawfully transfer any remaining inventory, as well as the potential criminal consequences of continuing to engage in the business of buying and selling guns without a license. The prior Administration stopped this important notification practice that helps deter future unlawful activity.”

Over 300 people have been killed in Chicago year-to-date and, as of June 3, 2021, murder in Los Angeles County was up 95 percent over where it was at that same time in 2020.

Chicago is located in a state with a red flag law, a 72-hour waiting period on gun purchases, and a Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) card requirement. Additionally, the county in which Chicago is located has an “assault weapons” ban.

Los Angeles County is located in a state with all the same controls mentioned re: Chicago, plus a “high capacity” magazine ban, universal background checks, a 10-day waiting period on gun purchases, gun registration requirements, a limit on the number of guns a law-abiding citizen can buy each month, and controls on ammunition, among other things.

The gun control are not stopping crime so the Biden Administration is focusing on licensed gun dealers.

This is true. All these weapons are already stashed all over.

If they follow the same game plan…. then first we see an increased wave of violence in these cities, possibly even small towns to shock people.

Meanwhile, the ATF thugs already have a list of people's names (buyers who have already purchased) that they will seek out during the not-so-"routine audits". They will be wearing wires and recording everything the FFL says. ATF during inspections, and during undercover sting ops.

(I have listened to many hours of discovery tapes, in other gun cases.)

EVERY DEFENSE ATTORNEY DEFENDING ANY FFLS- you need to hire forensic court certified audio/'video experts. Identify ALERING OF EVIDENCE on the tapes.

If current DOJ follows Obama's DOJ - they will edit out exculpatory evidence. The audio and video will go out of sync.

Compare closely prosecutor questions that seem a tad odd… and you will find video evidence proving their lies.
