Something I think that is being missed from Milley's comments…..
If you were going to war with say…. China. Wouldn't our military teach Chinese ways? Not to adopt themselves, but to better understand your enemy.
Listen again to what Milley said through the lens of "know your enemy".
It is possible that Milley is letting everyone know that they have identified a problem and he is learning about it because they plan to fix it.
He is not WOKE. He told you so.
