Crop from AI enhanced version of RB pic, I am guessing that the yellow at the bottom of the ticket kiosk is the Lion King. To the right of the traffic light pole it looks like a large full front face pic of someone in a kind of pork pie hat - or that could actually be someone crossing the road by the bus. Just below the yellow apex, with the flash of blue, I did initially think maybe a Superman poster similar to attached last pic but a different perspective. There was a Superman show at that time, but it was in a fringe venue in Walthamstow, so not something you would expect to be advertised in the centre of London.
