It hasn't passed regular testing. It only has Emergency Use Approval. That is why there is such a hard push and sleight-of-hand to get you to voluntarily take it.

If it comes down to it, I'd ask them to sign a document which demands you get the vaxx and takes responsibility for ill-effects and compensate your family if you were to be harmed. Without an expiration date. Have it notarized.
