The whole thing is shit tier design and construction. Floor to ceiling glass throughout is a dead give away no intrinsic shear on a building with shit shear to begin with. Ad a post design penthouse on beams next to a spalled driveway ramp (hammer time) Put heavy leaky planters in front of those beams. Then destroy the building next door and piledrive in a new one in, don't maintain anything… what could go wrong?
