They've already done this in Chicago.

1960s they pushed the White Repub. blue collar out of the city via violent gangs. Replaced them with Black Dem. voters.

By the 1970s they had subsidized housing built in the same suburban neighborhoods that they had pushed the White Repubs. into.

This made property taxes go up tremendously because now we need to pay for all of the public housing kids to go to school.

This is how they keep White people poor. Hit them with high taxes and mandatory insurance.
