'comped' means so very many things. I've watched and lurked and described what goes on in these breads for a very very long time, and I don't really understand the situation.
The board was unusable.
the BV ban-hammer feature was 'turned on' and now people who spam the same kind of operational nonsense are banned for small periods, but always seem to show up again anyway.
I have a bunch of different conjectural narratives about what the real story is, but they only seem to be truthy some some of the time.
BV only seems to be banning enemy operators but some would say 'they are doing a play all of them'
I would say 'they were doing a play, and BV decided to play along as the bad guy, much to their chagrin.'
in other words even though BV says things designed to troll for a heated response, BV is 'at work for the board' and bans though who work against the board.

explain how you see it, because no one really knows except for the insiders.
when I say 'play along as the bad guy' I mean in the eyes of teh discord crew. He is the manifestation of what they projected onto the board. They tried to censor all of the rest by flooding the board with nonsense, and operational depravity, and BV is 'the bad guy' in their world of 'free speech' is the same as 'spurge shilling'
so BV is a complex character, a real person who has anger and uses hard words to get his point accross. So that's 'bad guy' in the world of the spurge shills. He bust up their performances after they are banned.
The day that they started flooding in that kind of post was the day that the ban hammer feature went 'full on', around the same tmie that building went down in Gaza. they have made clear here, too, who they 'worship'.
