This is pure propaganda. Russia is trying to save the Iran nuclear deal? They are the assholes that are selling the nuclear technologies and reactors to them. Russia's only skin in the game is that if the US pulls out of the deal Iran won't be able to pay the Russians.

doxing is not illegal. it violates terms of service (not the law).
I'm not a fan of doxing but if it's illegal there will be a statute that defines it as being so. I've never seen that statute. If you have one, then sauce it.
