Well, I will agree that what is called modern Judaism, is NOT Mosaic law. They can't actually obey Mosaic law because they don't have the temple, and haven't had one for quite some time. So, ever since the last destruction, they have gone astray, but there has always been a percentage that stray. God will deal with them. Not us.
