Reverse stamp on Q562 "94 24"… 10pm is 22:00, so 9:50pm (today) could be written as "94"… +24 hours? I vote 12:01… same as delta between 2 FL downfalls (10d 21h), each exactly at "13" times… 12:01 another "13" time. It's a theory.
