Report: Raffensperger Launches Intimidation Campaign Against Election Whistleblowers in Georgia

 

CD Media published an explosive report on Friday regarding the 2020 election and thug tactics by Secreatary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office.

 

According to CD Media Raffensperger is sending out investigator Paul Braun to harass the witnesse to fraud in the 2020 election.

 

Several of the top witnesses against the state election were visited by Braun and harassed to change their sworn testimony.

 

Georgia radio host John Fredericks made a similar accusation just weeks ago.

 

It appears this witness was not alone.

Raffensperger is working to pressure several of the top election whistleblowers.

SOS Investigator Paul Braun has contacted virtually all the key affiants in the Fulton County ballot inspection case and attempted to interview them. However, they contend that he did not seem interested in finding potential fraud but was more interested in investigating them. Some examples follow.

 

WHISTLE BLOWERS:

 

Susan Voyles, a veteran poll manager and auditor, swore she saw mail-in ballots that were not folded for mailing, were not marked with a writing instrument, were on questionable paper stock and were voted the exact same way in all down-ballot races. She states that the number of these potentially counterfeit ballots could scale into the tens of thousands. She has explained repeatedly that she was contacted by Braun who asked her to come in for an interview in January. When she got there Braun tried to get information about specific suspect batches that were already named in her affidavit and he pressed her to change her story. Later the IG office falsely claimed that Voyles recanted her affidavit. That was a blatant lie as Voyles has consistently stated the same account of events for nearly eight months.

 

Barbara Hartman, another senior poll manager and auditor who signed a sworn affidavit corroborating Voyles‘ affidavit, was contacted by Braun and interviewed for over an hour. When she asked what was the purpose of his investigation, Braun told her he “…was only collecting information but he does not know what the office will do with it.” Hartman confirmed that Braun contacted her again this week trying to obtain photographs of suspect ballots. Ironically, this newfound interest in potential election fraud comes over six months after the election was certified.

 

Scott Hall and his wife were audit monitors at the Fulton hand count audit. He signed a sworn affidavit corroborating Voyles and Hartman’s affidavits. His wife also signed an affidavit that she observed suspect ballot boxes marked almost exclusively with votes for Joe Biden. Braun startled Hall’s wife by sending a Columbia County deputy to their home near Augusta to tell Hall he wanted to interview him. By then, Hall had learned of Braun’s treatment of Voyles. He called Braun to say he would not be talking with him.

"Clément Noël, a judge who is involved with the investigation, said he had interviewed both American men soon after their arrest. He identified them as James J. Solages, a U.S. citizen who lived in South Florida and previously worked as a security guard at the Canadian Embassy in Haiti; and Joseph Vincent, 55. The United States government has been in touch with Mr. Solages, according to two people who have been in contact with the State Department and spoke on the condition of anonymity.

 

Judge Noël, speaking by telephone, said the two Americans maintained that the plot had been planned intensively for a month. He said that the Americans had met with other members of the squad at an upscale hotel in Pétionville to plan the attack. He said they had relayed that the goal was not to kill the president but to bring him to the national palace.

 

Judge Noël said that Mr. Solages told him that at the beginning of the assault, he yelled over a loudspeaker that the attackers were agents of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency.

 

Mr. Vincent said he had been in the country for six months and that he had been staying with a cousin. Mr. Solages said he had been in Haiti for a month. The men said the Colombians involved in the plot had been in the country for about three months.

 

All that Mr. Vincent would say about the broader plot was that the mastermind was a foreigner named “Mike” who spoke Spanish and English. Mr. Solages said that he had found the job to interpret for the hit squad in a listing posted online. They would not say how much they had been paid.

 

Judge Noël said Mr. Solages had “replied in a very evasive manner.”

Biden Inc.: Hunter, Joe, and the Mexican Oligarchs

 

The indictment of the Trump Organization’s chief financial officer has received a lot of press, and properly so. But while the media has been focused on the former president, they have ignored another corruption story involving the sitting president and his family. Like so much news that has been buried, the latest comes from Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop. You know, the one the Bidens and their allies in Congress and the media suggested was a “Russian plant” and disinformation campaign, before that cynical claim was demolished by the director of national intelligence.

 

The latest buried story involves some photographs, taken in Joe Biden’s office in 2014. They include the then-vice president, his son Hunter, and Carlos Slim, the richest man in Mexico (and once the richest in the world), plus some of Slim’s associates.

 

Why are the pictures newsworthy? Not because some U.S. officials met with some rich foreign businessmen. That happens all the time. Their real significance is that the vice president met with these guys and included his son at the same time Hunter was working on lucrative business deals with the same people. That looks like self-dealing by the Biden family, despite Joe’s repeated insistence that he knew nothing about his son’s business.

 

Hunter had other meetings with Carlos Slim and associates in Mexico. Those came after he flew there with his father on Air Force Two, just as he had flown to similar business meetings in China. When you arrive on Air Force Two, when your father is the second-highest official in the U.S. government, and when you bring your business associates to meet him, you are sending a clear signal to potential partners around the world: “I’m incredibly well connected and, if you do business with me, I can open the biggest and best doors in the U.S. government for you.”

 

Since Hunter has no other marketable skills, opening those doors is the only thing you are paying him for. In country after country, the oligarchs Hunter was wooing had the good fortune to meet with the vice president, meetings that Hunter apparently arranged. Some were held in the host countries, some on the White House grounds.

 

When you have connections like this in Chicago, you whisper, “I know a guy.” Hunter virtually shouts it. He knows a guy: the “Big Guy,” as one of his secret notes describes his father. That note laid out how the lucre from another deal would be divided, with the “Big Guy” as a silent partner. A partner in that deal, Tony Bobulinski, has publicly stated that all the partners knew the “Big Guy” (or BG) was Joe Biden.

 

It seems that Joe Biden was the key to all Hunter’s business deals.

Haiti’s interim PM confirms request for US troops to country

Haiti’s interim government said Friday that it asked the U.S. to deploy troops to protect key infrastructure as it tries to stabilize the country and prepare the way for elections in the aftermath of the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse.

“We definitely need assistance and we’ve asked our international partners for help,” Interim Prime Minister Claude Joseph told The Associated Press in an interview, declining to provide further details. “We believe our partners can assist the national police in resolving the situation.”

Joseph said that he was dismayed by opponents who’ve tried to take advantage of Moïse’s murder to seize political power — an indirect reference to a group of lawmakers have declared their loyalty and recognized Joseph Lambert, the head of Haiti’s dismantled senate, as provisional president and Ariel Henry, whom Moïse designated as prime minister a day before he was killed, as prime minister.

“I’m not interested in a power struggle,” Joseph said in the brief phone interview, without mentioning Lambert by name. “There’s only one way people can become president in Haiti. And that’s through elections.”

Joseph spoke just hours after the head of Colombia’s police said that the Colombians implicated in Moïse’s assassination were recruited by four companies and traveled to the Caribbean nation in two groups via the Dominican Republic. Meanwhile, the U.S. said it would send senior FBI and Homeland Security officials to help in the investigation.

Haitian National Police Chief Léon Charles said 17 suspects have been detained in the brazen killing of Moïse that stunned a nation already reeling from poverty, widespread violence and political instability.

As the investigation moved forward, the killing took on the air of a complicated international conspiracy. Besides the Colombians, among those detained by police were two Haitian Americans, who have been described as translators for the attackers. Some of the suspects were seized in a raid on Taiwan’s Embassy where they are believed to have sought refuge.

At a news conference in Colombia’s capital of Bogota, Gen. Jorge Luis Vargas Valencia said four companies had been involved in the “recruitment, the gathering of these people” implicated in the assassination, although he did not identify the companies because their names were still being verified.

Two of the suspects traveled to Haiti via Panama and the Dominican Republic, Vargas said, while a second group of 11 arrived in Haiti on July 4 from the Dominican Republic.

In Washington, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said senior FBI and Department of Homeland Security officials will be sent to Haiti “as soon as possible to assess the situation and how we may be able to assist.”

“The United States remains engaged and in close consultations with our Haitian and international partners to support the Haitian people in the aftermath of the assassination of the president,” Psaki said.

Following Haiti’s request for U.S. troops, a senior administration official reiterated Psaki’s earlier comments that the administration is sending officials to assess how it can be most helpful, but added there are no plans to provide military assistance at this time.

The U.S. sent troops to Haiti following the last presidential assassination in the country, the murder of President Vilbrun Guillaume Sam in 1915 at the hands of an angry mob that had raided the French Embassy where he had sought refuge.

In Haiti, National Police Chief Léon Charles said another eight suspects were still at large and being sought for

Investigative Judge Clément Noël told the French-language newspaper Le Nouvelliste that the Haitian Americans arrested, James Solages and Joseph Vincent, said the attackers originally planned only to arrest Moïse, not kill him. Noël said Solages and Vincent were acting as translators for the attackers.

The same newspaper quoted Port-au-Prince prosecutor Bed-Ford Claude as saying he ordered an investigative unit of the National Police Force to interrogate all the security agents close to Moïse. These include Moise’s security coordinator Jean Laguel Civil and Dimitri Hérard, head of the General Security Unit of the National Palace.

“If you are responsible for the president’s security, where have you been? What did you do to avoid this fate for the president?” Claude said.

The attack, which took place at Moïse’s home before dawn Wednesday, also seriously wounded his wife, who was flown to Miami for treatment.

Joseph assumed leadership with the backing of police and the military and declared a two-week “state of siege.” Port-au-Prince already has been on edge amid the growing power of gangs that displaced more than 14,700 people last month alone as they torched and ransacked homes in a fight over territory.

The killing brought the usually bustling capital to a standstill, but Joseph urged the public to return to work.

Vargas has pledged Colombia’s full cooperation, and authorities there identified 13 of the 15 Colombians implicated in the attack as retired members of the military, 11 captured and two killed. They range in rank from lieutenant colonel to soldier.

The commander of Colombia’s Armed Forces, Gen. Luis Fernando Navarro, said they had left the institution between 2018 and 2020.

“In the criminal world, there is the concept of murder for hire and this is what happened: they hired some members of the (army) reserve for this purpose and they have to respond criminally for the acts they committed,” said retired Colombian army general Jaime Ruiz Barrera.

Senior officials from Colombia’s security forces will travel to Haiti to help with the investigation.

U.S.-trained Colombian soldiers are heavily recruited by private security firms in global conflict zones because of their experience in a decades-long war against leftist rebels and powerful drug cartels.

The wife of one former Colombian soldier in custody said he was recruited by a security firm to travel to the Dominican Republic last month.

The woman, who identified herself only as “Yuli,” told Colombia’s W Radio that her husband, Francisco Uribe, was hired for $2,700 a month by a company named CTU to travel to the Dominican Republic, where he was told he would provide protection to some powerful families. She says she last spoke to him at 10 p.m. Wednesday — almost a day after Moïse’s killing— and said he was on guard duty at a house where he and others were staying.

“The next day he wrote me a message that sounded like a farewell,” the woman said. “They were running, they had been attacked. … That was the last contact I had.”

The woman said she knew little about her husband’s activities and was unaware he had even traveled to Haiti.

Uribe is under investigation for his alleged role in extrajudicial killings by Colombia’s U.S.-trained army more than a decade ago. Colombian court records show he and another soldier were accused of killing a civilian in 2008 who they later tried to present as a criminal killed in combat.

The CTU in question may be CTU Security in Miami-Dade. The business has two listed addresses on its website. One was a shuttered warehouse with no sign indicating who it belonged to. The other is a simple office under a different company’s name where the receptionist says the CTU owner comes once a week to collect meal and hold the occasional meeting.

Solages, 35, described himself as a “certified diplomatic agent,” an advocate for children and budding politician on a now-removed website for a charity he started in 2019 in south Florida to assist resident of his home town of Jacmel, on Haiti’s southern coast.

Solages also said he had worked as a bodyguard at the Canadian Embassy in Haiti, and on his Facebook page, which was also taken down after news of his arrest, he showcased photos of armored military vehicles and a shot of himself standing in front of an American flag.

Canada’s foreign relation department released a statement that did not refer to Solages by name but said one of the men detained for his alleged role in the killing had been “briefly employed as a reserve bodyguard” at its embassy by a private contractor.

Calls to the charity and Solages’ associates went unanswered. However, a relative in south Florida said Solages doesn’t have any military training and doesn’t believe he was involved in the killing.

“I feel like my son killed my brother because I love my president and I love James Solages,” Schubert Dorisme, whose wife is Solages’ aunt, told WPLG in Miami.

Taiwan’s Embassy in Port-au-Prince said police had arrested 11 individuals who tried to break into the compound early Thursday. It gave no details of their identities or a reason for the break-in but in a statement referred to the men as “mercenaries” and strongly condemned the “cruel and barbaric assassination” of Moïse.

“As for whether the suspects were involved in the assassination of the president of Haiti, that will need to be investigated by the Haitian police,” Foreign Affairs spokesperson Joanne Ou told The Associated Press in Taipei.

Police were alerted by embassy security while Taiwanese diplomats were working from home. Haiti is one of a handful of countries with diplomatic relations with Taiwan.

The failed state of California and its recalled governor are preparing for droughts in 2021. The state is getting ready for this natural disaster the best way they know how – by using more government control and by claiming ownership over natural resources on private property. This is the first time that rural well owners will be required to measure and report their pumping practices. In the past, the state tracked electricity consumption and used aerial photos to monitor how much water was being extracted from underneath private farmland. Now the state is taking full control.

 

At least 140 groundwater basins will be monitored by the state to ensure the sustainability of groundwater supplies over the long haul. These new controls will limit the amount of water that farmers can pump from underground aquifers. By controlling the amount of water farmers can pump, the state will be able to engineer crop loss, food shortages and famine, while directing water resources where they want them to go. Farmers will have to plan their fields accordingly and limit their crop production because their access to water is about to be monitored and constricted by the authoritarian California government.

I think I've had discussions w/enough Boomer-tier Trump supporters who believe the 2020 election was fraudulent to extract a general theory about their perspective. It is also the perspective of most of the people at the Capitol on 1/6, and probably even Trump himself. 1/x

 

Most believe some or all of the theories involving midnight ballots, voting machines, etc, but what you find when you talk to them is that, while they'll defend those positions w/info they got from Hannity or Breitbart or whatever, they're not particularly attached to them. 2/x

 

Here are the facts - actual, confirmed facts - that shape their perspective: 1) The FBI/etc spied on the 2016 Trump campaign using evidence manufactured by the Clinton campaign. We now know that all involved knew it was fake from Day 1 (see: Brennan's July 2016 memo, etc). 3/x

 

These are Tea Party people. The types who give their kids a pocket Constitution for their birthday and have Founding Fathers memes in their bios. The intel community spying on a presidential campaign using fake evidence (incl forged documents) is a big deal to them. 4/x

 

Everyone involved lied about their involvement as long as they could. We only learned the DNC paid for the manufactured evidence because of a court order. Comey denied on TV knowing the DNC paid for it, when we have emails from a year earlier proving that he knew. 5/x

 

This was true with everyone, from CIA Dir Brennan & Adam Schiff - who were on TV saying they'd seen clear evidence of collusion w/Russia, while admitting under oath behind closed doors that they hadn't - all the way down the line. In the end we learned that it was ALL fake. 6/x

 

At first, many Trump ppl were worried there must be some collusion, because every media & intel agency wouldn't make it up out of nothing. When it was clear that they had made it up, people expected a reckoning, and shed many illusions about their gov't when it didn't happen. 7/x

 

We know as fact: a) The Steele dossier was the sole evidence used to justify spying on the Trump campaign, b) The FBI knew the Steele dossier was a DNC op, c) Steele's source told the FBI the info was unserious, d) they did not inform the court of any of this and kept spying. 8/x

 

Trump supporters know the collusion case front and back. They went from worrying the collusion must be real, to suspecting it might be fake, to realizing it was a scam, then watched as every institution - agencies, the press, Congress, academia - gaslit them for another year. 9/x

 

Worse, collusion was used to scare people away from working in the administration. They knew their entire lives would be investigated. Many quit because they were being bankrupted by legal fees. The DoJ, press, & gov't destroyed lives and actively subverted an elected admin. 10/x

NEVADA CITY, Calif. – Authorities say a missing man has been found dead in Grass Valley – with his dog still waiting near him.

 

From the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office: Unfortunately the search for John Stewart yesterday had a sad outcome. Here is a quick recap.

 

On 7/06/2021 at approx. 2:30pm, following a roughly 14 hour of search, volunteers from Nevada County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue, and neighboring Counties, located John Stewart deceased in a pond on a neighboring property off Retrac Way in Grass Valley. Located not far from Stewart’s body, waiting at the edge of the pond, was his loyal dog Rico. It was reported that Stewart had been suffering from multiple medical issues and most recently had been experiencing memory loss issues.

 

At this time, there are no outward signs of foul play, however, a full Coroner’s investigation and an autopsy will be completed to determine the exact cause of Stewart’s death. Our condolences go out to Stewart’s family and friends during this difficult time.

I would just like to point out that although there have been hundreds of quakes in this small area, we do not see the "grid layout" effect with the markers.

In the past, it has been suggested that this gridding effect is a limitation of the software used for quake apps. If that were true, we would surely see the same thing here.

t’s been a troubled few years for Canadian generics maker Apotex after the unsolved murder of founder Barry Sherman and a possible sale in the works. Now, after multiple warnings from the FDA, Apotex faces a future without approvals for a big slice of its portfolio.

 

The FDA approved the voluntary withdrawal of 31 of Apotex’s generic drug nods Wednesday after the agency identified manufacturing deficiencies at two of the drugmaker’s India-based plants. The list of drugs that lost their FDA blessing includes the common blood pressure drugs valsartan and losartan, the antibiotic azithromycin and copycat Viagra.

 

Apotex noted that it voluntarily withdrew the Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) for the 31 drugs back in late 2017. The FDA's decision Wednesday formalized that withdrawal.

 

The FDA' decision follows a warning letter issued in late 2018, Apotex's third in four years, which cited a lack of accuracy and integrity in the site’s data production. The drugs on the list were approved by the FDA between 2007 and 2014.

 

“FDA has previously communicated about the need for appropriate and global quality oversight to Apotex senior management during several regulatory meetings,” the agency said in its warning letter (PDF) in August. “These repeated failures at multiple sites demonstrate that management oversight and control over the manufacture of drugs is inadequate.”

 

Apotex valsartan and losartan products were among those pulled off the market in Australia and Canada amid the global recall of drugs in that class. Potential cancer-causing impurities were found in active ingredients used by multiple drugmakers around the world.

The FDA hit is just the latest in a series of troubling events at Apotex since the still-unsolved murder of Barry Sherman and his wife, Honey, at their suburban Toronto home in December 2017.

 

Almost immediately after the Shermans’ death, Apotex CEO Jeremy Desai announced he would step down. A Teva lawsuit had accused Desai of accepting the Israeli drugmaker’s trade secrets from his girlfriend. Apotex vice chairman and former CEO Jack Kay replaced Desai and the company promoted global generics president Jeff Watson to president and chief operating officer.

 

Despite resigning, Desai denied the allegations against him and filed a countersuit in March 2018. Teva and Desai settled the lawsuits in April 2018, and Desai now serves as president and CEO of Mandara Pharma, a cannabis-based research company.

With the company in turmoil, the Sherman family appointed a financial advisor in April to weigh options to sell the company, which could have been worth $3 billion at the time, according to Bloomberg.

 

In 2018, Apotex sold its businesses in five European countries to Aurobindo for €74 million ($83 million) to focus on sales in the Americas.

A 14-year-old girl showed cops video she secretly recorded of her stepfather. Now, he’s in jail.

 

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — On July 1st, Flagler County deputies responded to a call about a possible sex offense that occurred at a home in Palm Coast.

 

Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the victim’s father who wanted to report that earlier that day his 14- year-old daughter stated that her stepfather, James Harris came into her room naked and started inappropriately touching himself while she was laying in bed, pretending to be asleep.

 

The victim’s father further stated that his daughter had captured the incident on her cell phone that she used to record the incident. A review of the video confirmed the victim’s account of events and also showed Harris using his cell phone to either take photos or record a video while in the victim’s bedroom.

 

On July 3, 2021, FCSO detectives obtained a warrant for Harris’s arrest and he was taken into custody. His cell phone was confiscated to conduct a forensic analysis as the investigation continues.

 

“I want to commend the victim for not only coming forward but also for turning the tables on her abuser by capturing him committing the offense,” Sheriff Staly said. “This man was a trusted figure in his victim’s life. In my opinion this disgusting pervert lost the right to be called a stepfather and is now in jail where he belongs. I’m glad we were able to get him before he hurt his victim further.”

The Justice Department released new police body camera footage Friday showing one of the most disturbing assaults during the Capitol insurrection – where three officers waded into the crowd to save a pro-Trump rioter who was trampled, only to be stripped of their protective gear, dragged down a set of stairs and attacked with crutches, flagpoles, batons and bare hands.

The DOJ released the videos after CNN and other outlets sued for access. All of the officers involved in this incident worked for Washington, DC's police force. They were identified by initials in court filings.

Officer AW stepped out of a tunnel where police were congregated and into the crowd to help Rosanne Boyland, 34, a rioter and QAnon supporter who was trampled by the mob. She died of an accidental drug overdose, according to Washington, DC's chief medical examiner. Boyland's body is seen in some of the new videos, which also show her friend screaming for assistance.

 

Prosecutors say AW's body-worn camera video shows defendant Jack Whitton leaping over a barricade, knocking AW onto his back and attempting to wrestle away his baton. Over AW's head, other rioters hit the police line with flagpoles and metal poles. The crowd drags AW into the crowd while he pleads for help. Members of the crowd ignore the plea, one rioter leans down and shouts, "traitor." Much of the clip is from AW's perspective on the ground looking up.

The attack landed AW in the hospital, where he got staples in his head to stop the bleeding. Whitton was charged with several felonies, including assault. He hasn't yet entered a plea.

 

Another officer, C.M., tried to help his colleagues. CM's bodycam footage shows another officer dragged into the crowd. It also shows Boyland lying on the ground. This is the first footage the US government has released showing Boyland's death. She was one of a few Trump supporters who died in the attack.

 

Prosecutors say the footage then shows defendant Michael Lopatic rushing toward CM, attacking the officer and grabbing him by the head and punching him. CM's bodycam is dislodged and falls to the ground, briefly revealing a splatter of blood.

 

CM got a concussion that day, though it may have been caused when he was assaulted a second time later in the day in a different incident, according to court filings. Lopatic was charged with several felonies, including assault, and hasn't entered a plea yet.

 

The Justice Department released two bodycam clips from another officer. One clip shows the tug-of-war between the rioters and the officers who were trying to pull their colleague to safety. The officers are repeatedly pummeled with poles and what appear to be stolen police batons.

 

Another bodycam clip, recorded about 20 minutes later, shows police in a second tunnel, holding the line with riot shields. Rioters throw objects, hitting the shields. According to prosecutors, Whitton is the man who is heard in the clip, shouting at the police, "you're gonna die tonight" (He later boasted to friends, saying that "I fed him to the people," referring to the officer, according to court filings).

On Wednesday, Klaus Eberwein, former Director General of the Social and Economic Assistance Fund (FAES), was found dead at a Hotel Quality Inn in Miami. A month after the body of federal prosecutor Beranton J. Whisenant Jr. washed up in the surf on a beach in Hollywood, there is still no answer from police about what happened to him — but plenty of unfounded internet speculation.

 

Hollywood police and the Broward medical examiner’s office remain tight-lipped, declining numerous public records requests on Whisenant’s death. In the immediate aftermath of recovering his body on May 24, the department revealed that the highly regarded 37-year-old lawyer in the Miami office of the U.S. Attorney had sustained some type of trauma to his head.

 

But investigators haven’t added any information since, starting with the most basic questions: Gunshot or something else? Suicide or homicide?

 

The Whisenant postings focus on the fact that the prosecutor died in the south Broward district of Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who was chairperson of the DNC during the primary season.

The Australian teen died this week, her family confirmed.

Rising Australian TikTok star Caitlyn Loane has died. She was 19.

 

Her father, Phillip Loane, confirmed her sudden death in a statement to The Mercury on Thursday, saying: "She was a lovely, crazy young woman who was an invaluable member of our family. Words can't describe our loss."

 

Caitlyn's family did not share her cause of death. Instead, her father told the outlet that "every day should be 'R U OK?' Day."

 

R U OK? Day is a national day of action in Australia, aimed at sparking conversations about mental health and suicide prevention.

Caitlyn grew a large following on the social media platform sharing her life as a Tasmanian farmer. She was a fourth-generation farmer, following in her father's footsteps.

Her account currently has over 50,000 followers and hundreds of thousands tuning in to watch her videos.

"Her smile lit up the room," her mother Richele Loane told The Mercury. "She wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty—in some photos she has mud up to her knees."

"The Board, the members, players, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters of the Devonport Football Club convey our sincere condolences and warmest thoughts to Caitlyn's family and friends, which, of course, includes her teammates in the DFC Senior Women's team," the club wrote.

 

"The past week has put into context what really matters in life, and has reminded us all that football, as unifying as it is, is just a game after all. The priority of the Devonport Football Club at present is to provide an empathetic, supportive network to all associated with the club, with particular focus on those most affected by the tragic passing of Caitlyn."

Investigators found the laptop on Capitol Hill along with other intriguing items tied to a potentially explosive scandal that the mainstream media seem determined not to cover. The probe, now being led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, centers on a family of Pakistani Americans, alleged fraudsters who were hired as information-technology specialists by Wasserman Schultz and scores of other House Democrats.

 

In early February, after weeks of investigation, Capitol security agents informed members of Congress that access to the House Internet system would henceforth be denied to Imran Awan, his wife Hina Alvi, his brothers Abid and Jamal Awan, Abid’s wife, and at least one of their acquaintances. The agents had concluded that these suspects were invading members’ computers without authorization, transferring files to remote servers that they controlled, and engaging in procurement fraud and the theft of computer equipment, including that of hard drives that they smashed into bits of bytes upon realizing they were under investigation.

 

The apparent ringleader, 37-year-old Imran Awan, had been doing IT work for House Democrats — several at a time — for 13 years. First retained by Florida congressman Robert Wexler in 2004, he joined Wasserman Schultz’s staff the next year, her freshman term. Gradually, other family members were brought on board.

The Justice Department released new police body camera footage Friday showing one of the most disturbing assaults during the Capitol insurrection — where three officers waded into the crowd to save a pro-Trump rioter who was trampled, only to be stripped of their protective gear, dragged down a set of stairs and attacked with crutches, flagpoles, batons and bare hands.

The DOJ released the videos after CNN and other outlets sued for access. All of the officers involved in this incident worked for Washington, DC’s police force. They were identified by initials in court filings.

 

Officer AW stepped out of a tunnel where police were congregated and into the crowd to help Rosanne Boyland, 34, a rioter and QAnon supporter who was trampled by the mob. She died of an accidental drug overdose, according to Washington, DC’s chief medical examiner. Boyland’s body is seen in some of the new videos, which also show her friend screaming for assistance.

 

Prosecutors say AW’s body-worn camera video shows defendant Jack Whitton leaping over a barricade, knocking AW onto his back and attempting to wrestle away his baton. Over AW’s head, other rioters hit the police line with flagpoles and metal poles. The crowd drags AW into the crowd while he pleads for help. Members of the crowd ignore the plea, one rioter leans down and shouts, “traitor.” Much of the clip is from AW’s perspective on the ground looking up.

 

The attack landed AW in the hospital, where he got staples in his head to stop the bleeding. Whitton was charged with several felonies, including assault. He hasn’t yet entered a plea.

 

Another officer, C.M., tried to help his colleagues. CM’s bodycam footage shows another officer dragged into the crowd. It also shows Boyland lying on the ground. This is the first footage the US government has released showing Boyland’s death. She was one of a few Trump supporters who died in the attack.

 

Prosecutors say the footage then shows defendant Michael Lopatic rushing toward CM, attacking the officer and grabbing him by the head and punching him. CM’s bodycam is dislodged and falls to the ground, briefly revealing a splatter of blood.

 

CM got a concussion that day, though it may have been caused when he was assaulted a second time later in the day in a different incident, according to court filings. Lopatic was charged with several felonies, including assault, and hasn’t entered a plea yet.

 

The Justice Department released two bodycam clips from another officer. One clip shows the tug-of-war between the rioters and the officers who were trying to pull their colleague to safety. The officers are repeatedly pummeled with poles and what appear to be stolen police batons.

 

Another bodycam clip, recorded about 20 minutes later, shows police in a second tunnel, holding the line with riot shields. Rioters throw objects, hitting the shields. According to prosecutors, Whitton is the man who is heard in the clip, shouting at the police, “you’re gonna die tonight” (He later boasted to friends, saying that “I fed him to the people,” referring to the officer, according to court filings).

Dutch court keeps suspects in custody over reporter shooting

 

Dutch police said the suspected shooter is a 21-year-old Dutchman, and a 35-year-old Polish man living in the Netherlands is accused of driving the getaway car. They were arrested not long after de Vries was wounded.

 

Heavy security ringed the Amsterdam District Court for Friday’s hearing. The court said in a statement that “there are currently sufficient objections and grounds to keep the two men in pre-trial detention.” They were ordered held for another 14 days while the investigation continues.

 

No motive for the attack has been disclosed. “We are running through several scenarios and are working with all our might to find out what the role of the suspects is and who else might be responsible,” said police spokesperson Sarah Tillart.

 

De Vries reported on the country’s most infamous crimes, from the 1983 kidnapping of a Heineken heir to his investigation into the 2005 murder of U.S. teenager Natalee Holloway while she was on holiday in the Dutch Caribbean island of Aruba.

 

Most recently, he had been serving as an adviser and confidant to a witness in a major trial of alleged drug kingpin Ridouan Taghi. Taghi and 16 others are on trial over a series of murders, including the 2016 killing of a crime blogger who had reported on Taghi’s alleged criminal activities.

 

According to Dutch daily newspaper de Telegraaf, the 21-year-old suspect is the cousin of a member of Taghi’s organization who is serving a 13-year prison term for orchestrating a series of assassination attempts against rival gang members.

 

Taghi’s lawyer said her client was not involved in the journalist’s shooting.

 

“There has been a flood of reports in the media about who is responsible for this terrible event. However, my client Ridouan Taghi has been referenced without any objective substantiation,” lawyer Inez Weski said in a statement Tuesday.
