I read your blog about the madness going on in Spain and you said this is what will happen in Europe. I am in Scotland and as far as I know the UK has left Europe. But is this true? I believe that we are still tied to Europe. Do you think that what is going on will hit here. I have read that Scotland is also a testing ground just like Spain. I hope not but have a gut feeling this may be the case.

You referred that under new laws they could take your property away. What if the property is in a private trust? Would the laws allow this? Seems things are becoming pretty lawless.

ANSWER: I seriously doubt that Johnson would ever be able to pull this one off in the UK. There is rising resistance building against the EU and many are starting to see that the greatest danger is by no means Russia, COVID, or Martians. The greatest threat remains right there in Brussels – the EU is now driven by Klaus Schwab.

At the WEF, Schwab has a ZERO ERROR policy. He will not suffer mistakes from his employees. He is a perfectionist and is deliberately creating havoc and then using that to claim he is right. I know they have manipulated the Black Lives Matter to create civil unrest and then they twist to say they are creating civil unrest because they want Schwab’s β€œEQUALITY” which is the code-word for nobody will own anything.

Then you must understand that the reason they claim Marxism failed before was that they only had Russia and China. In their mind, if they have the entire world, then communism will work. This is void of human rights and it is totalitarianism.

Boris has had to back off because Resistance is not Futile. They will do more than chasing BBC journalists on the street. He was going to try a lockdown into the sping of 2022. I think they will be storming #10 and dragging Boris out just for sport if he really thinks he will get away with that. They might hang him, but I don’t think they would behead him as in the old days.

The EU is firmly in the hands of Schwab. After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them β€” specifically how they are being received and interpreted on and off Twitter β€” we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.

 

In the context of horrific events this week, we made it clear on Wednesday that additional violations of the Twitter Rules would potentially result in this very course of action. Our public interest framework exists to enable the public to hear from elected officials and world leaders directly. It is built on a principle that the people have a right to hold power to account in the open.

 

However, we made it clear going back years that these accounts are not above our rules entirely and cannot use Twitter to incite violence, among other things. We will continue to be transparent around our policies and their enforcement.

 

The below is a comprehensive analysis of our policy enforcement approach in this case.

 

Overview

 

On January 8, 2021, President Donald J. Trump Tweeted:

 

β€œThe 75,000,000 great American Patriots who voted for me, AMERICA FIRST, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, will have a GIANT VOICE long into the future. They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!”

 

Shortly thereafter, the President Tweeted:

 

β€œTo all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th.”

 

Due to the ongoing tensions in the United States, and an uptick in the global conversation in regards to the people who violently stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, these two Tweets must be read in the context of broader events in the country and the ways in which the President’s statements can be mobilized by different audiences, including to incite violence, as well as in the context of the pattern of behavior from this account in recent weeks. After assessing the language in these Tweets against our Glorification of Violence policy, we have determined that these Tweets are in violation of the Glorification of Violence Policy and the user @realDonaldTrump should be immediately permanently suspended from the service.

 

Assessment

 

We assessed the two Tweets referenced above under our Glorification of Violence policy, which aims to prevent the glorification of violence that could inspire others to replicate violent acts and determined that they were highly likely to encourage and inspire people to replicate the criminal acts that took place at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

 

This determination is based on a number of factors, including:

 

President Trump’s statement that he will not be attending the Inauguration is being received by a number of his supporters as further confirmation that the election was not legitimate and is seen as him disavowing his previous claim made via two Tweets (1, 2) by his Deputy Chief of Staff, Dan Scavino, that there would be an β€œorderly transition” on January 20th.

The second Tweet may also serve as encouragement to those potentially considering violent acts that the Inauguration would be a β€œsafe” target, as he will not be attending.

The use of the words β€œAmerican Patriots” to describe some of his supporters is also being interpreted as support for those committing violent acts at the US Capitol.

The mention of his supporters having a β€œGIANT VOICE long into the future” and that β€œThey will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!” is being interpreted as further indication that President Trump does not plan to facilitate an β€œorderly transition” and instead that he plans to continue to support, empower, and shield those who believe he won the election.

Plans for future armed protests have already begun proliferating on and off-Twitter, including a proposed secondary attack on the US Capitol and state capitol buildings on January 17, 2021.

 

As such, our determination is that the two Tweets above are likely to inspire others to replicate the violent acts that took place on January 6, 2021, and that there are multiple indicators that they are being received and understood as encouragement to do so.

I use different words to explain it and mine are much easier to understand.

The Government and Big Tech formed an "Agency" relationship and that is what makes Big Tech liable for 1st amendment violations as a "so called " private company.

 

Big Tech took direction and supervision from members of the Government.

Although compensation is not a requirement of establishing an "Agency" relationship, it too is there.

Big Tech has had their financial assets (proffits) untouchable and allowed to grow exponancially. Enriching top execs as long as they work as a silent arm of Government officials.

Private companies can in fact be held liable for constitutional violations if they act in place of the Government. That has been happening for years!

 

A side note: I am disappointed to not see PayPal, MC, Visa and others not also named. Maybe that comes next for the very same reasons this suit is being filed.

In April of 2009, DHS released Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment. During an interview on Newsmax TV, Gorka said he was told by top FBI officials on the 7th floor at the Hoover building in Washington, D.C., that the bureau viewed the Trump administration as β€œthe enemy.”

 

β€œWe know that there is a political perversion of the intelligence community by Obama holdovers,” Gorka said.

 

β€œI was given a special task, a counter-intelligence task to work on in regard to the Middle East. I wanted to get three of my fellow pupils who were FBI agents detailed out to me at the White House. That should be easy… It should take two weeks,” he continued.

 

β€œFor six months it didn’t happen. Every week I went back to the HR Department and said, β€œWhere are my guys? Where are my agents with the clearances?” They never arrived and finally a good guy in the FBI came to me and said the following. These are his words, senior FBI agent. β€œSebastian, you need to understand. You’re never going to get those detailees because the 7th floor of the Hoover Building looks at the Trump Administration as β€œthe enemy.” The man elected by 64 million Americans is the enemy to the FBI!” he added.

But it’s even worse than that. In 2016, President Trump won Arizona by 91,234 votes according to CNN. Trump also beat Hillary in Maricopa County by 44,454. Therefore, Arizona swung by 100,000 votes in Arizona as well as in Maricopa County.

 

The total number of votes in Arizona in 2016 between Trump and Hillary was 2,413,568. There were a total number of votes between Trump and Biden of 3,333,829 votes.The number of votes increased in the state by 920,261 or nearly a million more votes. This was an increase of nearly 40% from 2016.
