Pindar sounds like a word form an unknown Celtic or Italic language similar to the Welsh language.
The Welsh call themselves the Cymri and are believed to be related to the ancient Cimmerians who helped the Assyrian kin defeat Urartu.

Now I know you are all now thinking of the Prince of Wales, so let me throw in an interesting wrinkle that goes back to Italy. There is an Italian family named Massimo which essentially means Maximum. Could that be Maximum Power?
Stefano Massimo, Prince di Roccasecca dei Volsci is the current head and he does live in London England a lot of the time.
His title Roccasecca refers to an ancient building on top of a hill in Italy, that was built as a fortress. Nowadays there is generally a town around the top of the hill as in Roccasecca dei Volsci. The image is the Temple of San Rafaele at Roccasecca dei Volsci. But look at that name Volsci pronounced Volshi. Sounds to me to be related to Welsh.

And an east coast Federation with the rest.
