The lawsuit accuses Eliazar Cisneros, a driver of the “Trump Train” who trailed the Biden bus in a grey pickup truck and MAGA flag, of trying to run the Biden bus off the road.

Footage of the incident reveals the driver of the white vehicle driving in two lanes while following the Biden tour bus and weaved between vehicles before colliding into Cisnero’s truck.

As a slew of Trump supporters enveloped the Biden bus with Trump flags, a woman recording the foul play warns the driver of the white car caused an accident on the road while pacing with the bus prior to colliding into Cisneros, but continued to recklessly drive.

“That white car has been swerving at all these cars,” she exclaims. “That white car is the one swerving into people taking up two lanes and swerving into people. That white car is taking up two lanes and swerving. That car has been taking up two lanes and caused an accident already. That is not a police car.”

“Oh my God — this car is trying to get in! That’s the car that’s with the bus. California plates,” she continues. “This stupid car swerved into that truck. That car swerved into this truck.”

Judicial Watch Asks Court To Order USPS To Disclose Social Media Snooping Documents

A non-profit government watchdog is suing in federal court to force the United States Postal Service (USPS) to produce copies of documents on its tracking of social media posts about planned political protests.

The suit filed by Judicial Watch in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia is based on the group’s April 28 U.S. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and the failure of USPS to respond by the required deadline.

In its original request, Judicial Watch asked for all documents related to multiple aspects of the government’s activity that is reportedly known as the Internet Covert Operations Program (ICOP), including:

All records from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present identifying criteria for flagging social media posts as “inflammatory” or otherwise worthy of further scrutiny by other government agencies.

All records from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present relating to the ICOP database of social media posts.

All records and communications from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present between any USPS official and any official from the FBI and/or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security regarding ICOP.

All social media posts flagged under ICOP and forwarded to other government agencies.

Any analyses outlining USPS authority to monitor, track, and collect Americans’ social media posts.

All records concerning justifications for USPS to monitor, track, and collect Americans’ social media posts.

All records of communication sent to and by Chief Postal Inspector Gary Barksdale from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present concerning ICOP.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement announcing the suit that he wants to know, “Did the Biden administration weaponize the United States Postal Service to improperly spy on Americans?”

A USPS spokesman did not respond to The Epoch Times’ request for comment on the Judicial Watch suit.

The USPS program first came to public attention earlier this year when its existence was reported by Yahoo News. As The Epoch Times then reported, the revelation prompted a request from a group of House Republicans to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy.

“If the reporting is accurate, ICOP raises serious questions about the federal government’s ongoing surveillance of, and encroachment upon, Americans’ private lives and discourse,” House Oversight Ranking Member James Comer (R-Ky.) and House Judiciary Ranking Member Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), along with 30 other Republican lawmakers, wrote to DeJoy.

On March 15, 2021, about two months into his tenure, Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza (D) issued a secret standing order regarding the handling of felony cases in the county. It went into effect immediately.

Garza’s standing order opens with “In the interest of justice and fairness for all persons arrested for felony crimes,” never mentioning crime victims. In fact, the secret order fails to mention victims of crime even one time. It is solely focused on the DA’s power to decline to prosecute arrestees, and what it demands the Travis County Sheriff’s Office should then do when Garza’s office declines prosecution.

“The Travis County District Attorney’s Office will review probable cause affidavits for felony charges brought to the CBF (Central Booking Facility) by arresting agencies in Travis County,” the order says, further saying that after its review of those felony charges, “if the Assistant District Attorney determines, in their discretion, to reject the charge(s) listed in the affidavit…the Assistant District Attorney will provide notice of rejection to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office personnel.” The order then demands that the Travis County Sheriff’s Office release the arrestee. “This order functions as a release card in all cases where the prosecutor has submitted their rejection of the charges,” it says.

The order makes no mention of lesser included charges, which can be lesser felony, misdemeanor, or other charges, and are often determined to be viable in cases even when the initial felony charge may not apply after review or investigation.

The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has informed the Senate Judiciary Committee that one of the suspects in the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse was a “confidential source” to the agency, Breitbart News has learned.

A senior Senate GOP aide told Breitbart News on Monday evening that the DEA willingly told the Senate Judiciary Committee—without any inquiry into the matter—that one of the suspects in the assassination “was a confidential source to the DEA.”

“At times, one of the suspects in the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse was a confidential source to the DEA,” the DEA told the Senate Judiciary Committee. “Following the assassination of President Moïse, the suspect reached out to his contacts at the DEA. A DEA official assigned to Haiti urged the suspect to surrender to local authorities and, along with a U.S. State Department official, provided information to the Haitian government that assisted in the surrender and arrest of the suspect and one other individual. DEA is aware of reports that President Moïse’s assassins yelled ‘DEA’ at the time of their attack. These individuals were not acting on behalf of DEA.”

Senate staffers told Breitbart News upon receiving the information from the DEA they were a bit shocked the agency was so proactively forthcoming—a sign they think that the agency is worried about this narrative unfolding and is attempting to get ahead of any looming Senate inquiry into the matter.

The DEA issued the same statement to CNN in response to inquiries about the matter.

In addition to DEA ties to some of the suspects in the plot, CNN also reported that others had potential ties to other agencies as well—including the FBI.

FACT CHECK: Biden Falsely Claims Supreme Court Heard 2020 Election Challenges

CLAIM: The Supreme Court, among other courts, heard the challenges to the 2020 presidential election results, twice.

VERDICT: FALSE. The Supreme Court declined to hear the election challenges, and never considered the evidence.

President Joe Biden gave a speech Tuesday in support of Democrats’ controversial voting reform bill, H.R. 1/S. 1, the “For the People Act.” As Breitbart News has previously explained, the legislation “would radically change American democracy, nationalizing elections and making permanent changes to voting rules that would virtually ensure Democrats never lose another election.”

In the course of his speech, Biden made several alarming claims, referring to voting reforms passed in Georgia as a “vicious anti-voting law” though it is more liberal than the rules in Biden’s own state of Delaware, and adding: “The 21st Century Jim Crow assault is real, it’s unrelenting, and we’re gonna challenge it vigorously.” He claimed that Republicans were “targeting people of color,” though voters of every race favor voter ID and other Republican voter integrity policies.

Biden also attacked what he called the “big lie” that the election was stolen. To do so, he claimed that the Supreme Court, among other courts and legislatures, had heard the merits of the challenges to the 2020 election result. He said:

The 2020 election was the most scrutinized election ever in American history. Challenge after challenge brought to local state election officials, state legislature, state and federal courts, even to the United States Supreme Court. Not once. but twice. More than 80 judges, including those appointed my predecessor, heard the arguments. Every case. Neither cause nor evidence was found.

Biden’s statement is false as regards the Supreme Court, which never heard about any “cause” or “evidence,” but simply declined to hear the challenges brought by Republicans. It declined, for instance, to hear an appeal from a Pennsylvania Supreme Court case that rejected a challenge to the state’s vote-by-mail law; and it also declined to hear a challenge that Texas filed against election law changes in Pennsylvania and three other states, saying that Texas lacked standing to sue.

Rightly or wrongly, the Supreme Court stayed out of the 2020 election — perhaps fearing the political fallout were it to intervene, as it did in Bush v. Gore (2000), a case that caused Democrats to accelerate their attacks on the judiciary.

Biden’s claim that the election was “the most scrutinized election ever in American history” also misses the point. The election laws were changed, in the middle of the campaign, to allow mass vote by mail — at the behest of Democrats, and over the objections of Republicans. The rate of rejection of absentee ballots dropped dramatically from the primary to the general election, despite millions more ballots being delivered by mail. And private money from left-wing billionaires such as Mark Zuckerberg was used to fund local vote by mail efforts in Democratic counties in key battleground states.

Republican challenges were not only about claims of election fraud, but about the legitimacy and constitutionality of changes that legalized voting practices that until recently were considered vulnerable to fraud and partisan manipulation.

Biden also said: “In America, if you lose, you accept the results.” He and his party spent years hyping false claims that “Russian collusion” was responsible for the 2016 election result. They have neither recanted for that, nor apologized.

Former Spy Arrested for Serving as Double Agent for China.

A former spy for the German secret service has been arrested on suspicion of conducting “intelligence agent activities” on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party.

The federal prosecutor issued a press release about the man, called Klaus L., who “allegedly supplied the Chinese secret service with information for almost a decade, starting in 2010. At the same time, however, he was an informant for the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND). German public broadcaster ARD reported that the man, now 75, provided the BND with information for 50 years, leading a ‘double life.'”

The man worked for the Hanns Seidel Foundation as a political scientist from the 1980s through his retirement. The Hanns Seidel Foundation is a political research foundation which has a close association with the the Christian Social Union (CSU). The CSU is the Bavarian “sister party” of the conservatives of Angela Merkel. Since 2001, Klaus L. had also been running a think tank.

Charges were filed in May and Klaus L. was arrested on Monday. The suspect had gone on frequent travels outside Germany including “the former Soviet Union and later Russia, the Balkans, South Africa and South Asia.” Some of these travels were for guest lectures. The “BND would be involved in meetings his think tank held with foreign guests.” The Hanns Seidel Foundation has said that is was not aware of any of the suspect’s activities with BND.

The suspect’s home was searched in November of 2019 and he said that he had initially informed BND of his Chinese contacts, but did not deny he had been spying for China. According to Politico:

“In 2010, according to the prosecutor’s office, he traveled to Shanghai for a lecture and was approached ‘by members of a Chinese intelligence service in order to win him over for cooperation.’

‘Subsequently, until November 2019, the defendant regularly provided information to the Chinese intelligence service in the run-up to or after state visits or multinational conferences, as well as on current affairs,’ the prosecutor’s office’s statement continued.”

‘Horrific & Incomprehensible’: Georgia Woman Sentenced For Production And Distribution Of Child Pornography

TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – On Friday afternoon, a federal judge in Tallahassee sentenced Madison King, 23, of Nashville, Georgia, to 25 years in prison on charges of conspiracy to produce, distribute, possess, and receive child pornography.

Court documents reflect, in July 2019, representatives of local, state, and federal law enforcement executed a search warrant at the Tallahassee residence of King’s co-defendant, Gregory Johnson. While conducting the search, authorities found messages on Johnson’s phone that demonstrated Johnson and King had conspired to produce child pornography. The recovered evidence included short video clips and pictures that King had taken and transmitted to Johnson depicting the sexual abuse of a toddler.

King is alleged to have performed sex acts on the 3-year-old, according to a statement by District Attorney Dick Perryman.

Florida investigators quickly obtained emergency legal process to locate King and contacted their Georgia counterparts. That same day, agents with Homeland Security Investigations, in concert with the Berrien County (Georgia) Sheriff’s Office, executed a search of King’s Nashville, Georgia residence, whereupon the child was rescued.

King’s co-defendant, Johnson, has also pleaded guilty to the federal charges. Johnson is scheduled to be sentenced on September 14, 2021, before Chief United States District Judge Mark Walker.

No Treason Or Sedition Charges For January 6th Capitol Rioters, Report

More than 500 individuals have been arrested and charged with crimes related to the January 6th riot at the United States Capitol, but none have yet been charged with “treason” or “sedition,” despite leftists’ claims that the Capitol riots were an armed “insurrection” against the United States government.

The Associated Press noted Tuesday that, so far, Capitol riot defendants have been given an “increasing number of lesser charges,” perhaps designed to elicit guilty pleas or plea deals from the dozens of defendants awaiting trial.“Accusations against Jan. 6 rioter Thomas Caldwell certainly seem to fit the charge of sedition as it’s generally understood — inciting revolt against the government. And the possibility of charging him and others was widely discussed after thousands of pro-Trump supporters assaulted scores of police officers, defaced the U.S. Capitol, and hunted for lawmakers to stop the certification. Some called their actions treasonous,” the AP said.

“But to date,” the outlet continued, “neither Caldwell nor any of the other more than 500 defendants accused in the attack has been indicted for sedition or for the gravest of crimes a citizen can face, treason. And as an increasing number of lesser charges are filed and defendants plead guilty, those accusations may never be formally levied.”

The AP added that sedition charges are “rare,” and that where they have been leveled, cases became complex. The last time the United States government accused individuals of sedition was in 2010, but a judge “ordered acquittals ” on those charges in 2012, because prosecutors’ evidence — manifestos and “diatribes” about the government — were First Amendment protected speech.

The outlet also noted that, over the course of U.S. history, fewer than 10 people have been convicted of treason.

Alleged participants in the January 6th riots may also, indirectly, have President Joe Biden to thank for the lower-level charges. The Trump administration leveled charges of “assaulting federal officers, civil disorder, and failing to obey” against rioters who took to the streets of Portland, Oregon last summer. The Biden administration has disposed of most of those cases; nearly half of those charges were dropped, per the Wall Street Journal, likely providing a standard for prosecutors.

17 Million Gallons Of Raw Sewage Spills Into Pacific Ocean Closing Some L.A.-Area Beaches To Swimmers

Some Los Angeles-area beaches were closed to swimmers on Monday after 17 million gallons of untreated sewage spilled into the Pacific Ocean.

Sanitation officials said the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant in Playa del Rey had become “inundated with overwhelming quantities of debris” after a power outage, triggering the plant’s relief system to discharge the waste matter through a pipe one mile offshore.Hyperion Executive Plant Manager Timeyin Defeta said in a statement that the “emergency measure” was necessary “to prevent the plant from going completely offline and discharging much more raw sewage.” He added, “Normally the discharge of treated sewage is through the five-mile outfall.” According to the L.A. Times, “Dafeta said he believes that the incident was the largest amount of untreated sewage discharged through the one-mile pipe over the last 10 years,” and “the one-mile pipe was last used for a major discharge of wastewater in 2015.”

17 million gallons of sewage is about 6% of a daily load, Defeta said.

Protocols for notifying regulatory agencies and the State’s Office of Emergency Services were followed,” said Defeta on Monday. “Water quality sampling and testing of shoreline (beach) samples are currently being conducted, and our monitoring vessel traveled to both outfalls to make observations and take samples for analyses following regulatory permit protocols.”

NO BALLOTS = NO VICTORY: AZ Senate Leader Announces The NUMBERS DON’T MATCH

On Tuesday, Senate President Karen Fann said in an interview on Tuesday that the number of ballots found by the audit does not match the certified total.

They are double, triple, and quadruple checking every single detail in order to prove that the Senate’s audit is 100% accurate.

The Gateway Pundit reported that the audit team is using new machines for another recount of the total number of ballots.

Senator Karen Fann: “They haven’t released a number yet, if you will, however we do know that those numbers do not match with Maricopa County at this point,” Fann told KTAR News 92.3 FM’s The Mike Broomhead Show.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs have done everything in their power to prevent them from finding these discrepancies.

This is probably why Maricopa County refused to cooperate and perform this audit with the Senate as requested by the Senate.

This is probably why Democrats and County Officials refuse to tour this historic process and see the transparency themselves.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers, one of the strongest voices for America’s audit also tweeted this update.
