Fulton County falsified 7 audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches of ballot images.

 

For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump and 0 for Jo Jorgenson was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump.

 

The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson.

 

The VoterGA team also found at least 36 duplicate batches of mail-in ballots which resulted in 4,255 total extra votes. These fraudulent votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump, and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson.

 

The error reporting rate in Fulton’s hand count audit is a whopping 59.7%.

Judicial Watch Asks Court To Order USPS To Disclose Social Media Snooping Documents

 

A non-profit government watchdog is suing in federal court to force the United States Postal Service (USPS) to produce copies of documents on its tracking of social media posts about planned political protests.

 

The suit filed by Judicial Watch in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia is based on the group’s April 28 U.S. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and the failure of USPS to respond by the required deadline.

 

In its original request, Judicial Watch asked for all documents related to multiple aspects of the government’s activity that is reportedly known as the Internet Covert Operations Program (ICOP), including:

 

All records from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present identifying criteria for flagging social media posts as β€œinflammatory” or otherwise worthy of further scrutiny by other government agencies.

 

All records from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present relating to the ICOP database of social media posts.

 

All records and communications from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present between any USPS official and any official from the FBI and/or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security regarding ICOP.

 

All social media posts flagged under ICOP and forwarded to other government agencies.

 

Any analyses outlining USPS authority to monitor, track, and collect Americans’ social media posts.

 

All records concerning justifications for USPS to monitor, track, and collect Americans’ social media posts.

 

All records of communication sent to and by Chief Postal Inspector Gary Barksdale from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present concerning ICOP.

 

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement announcing the suit that he wants to know, β€œDid the Biden administration weaponize the United States Postal Service to improperly spy on Americans?”

 

A USPS spokesman did not respond to The Epoch Times’ request for comment on the Judicial Watch suit.

 

The USPS program first came to public attention earlier this year when its existence was reported by Yahoo News. As The Epoch Times then reported, the revelation prompted a request from a group of House Republicans to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy.

Secret DA Order That's Putting Felons Back on Texas Streets Blasted As 'Misuse of Office'

 

On March 15, 2021, about two months into his tenure, Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza (D) issued a secret standing order regarding the handling of felony cases in the county. It went into effect immediately.

 

This is Garza’s secret order.

 

Garza’s standing order opens with β€œIn the interest of justice and fairness for all persons arrested for felony crimes,” never mentioning crime victims. In fact, the secret order fails to mention victims of crime even one time. It is solely focused on the DA’s power to decline to prosecute arrestees, and what it demands the Travis County Sheriff’s Office should then do when Garza’s office declines prosecution.

 

β€œThe Travis County District Attorney’s Office will review probable cause affidavits for felony charges brought to the CBF (Central Booking Facility) by arresting agencies in Travis County,” the order says, further saying that after its review of those felony charges, β€œif the Assistant District Attorney determines, in their discretion, to reject the charge(s) listed in the affidavit…the Assistant District Attorney will provide notice of rejection to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office personnel.” The order then demands that the Travis County Sheriff’s Office release the arrestee. β€œThis order functions as a release card in all cases where the prosecutor has submitted their rejection of the charges,” it says.

 

The order makes no mention of lesser included charges, which can be lesser felony, misdemeanor, or other charges, and are often determined to be viable in cases even when the initial felony charge may not apply after review or investigation.

In the course of his speech, Biden made several alarming claims, referring to voting reforms passed in Georgia as a β€œvicious anti-voting law” though it is more liberal than the rules in Biden’s own state of Delaware, and adding: β€œThe 21st Century Jim Crow assault is real, it’s unrelenting, and we’re gonna challenge it vigorously.” He claimed that Republicans were β€œtargeting people of color,” though voters of every race favor voter ID and other Republican voter integrity policies.

 

Biden also attacked what he called the β€œbig lie” that the election was stolen. To do so, he claimed that the Supreme Court, among other courts and legislatures, had heard the merits of the challenges to the 2020 election result. He said:

 

The 2020 election was the most scrutinized election ever in American history. Challenge after challenge brought to local state election officials, state legislature, state and federal courts, even to the United States Supreme Court. Not once. but twice. More than 80 judges, including those appointed my predecessor, heard the arguments. Every case. Neither cause nor evidence was found.

 

Biden’s statement is false as regards the Supreme Court, which never heard about any β€œcause” or β€œevidence,” but simply declined to hear the challenges brought by Republicans. It declined, for instance, to hear an appeal from a Pennsylvania Supreme Court case that rejected a challenge to the state’s vote-by-mail law; and it also declined to hear a challenge that Texas filed against election law changes in Pennsylvania and three other states, saying that Texas lacked standing to sue.

 

Rightly or wrongly, the Supreme Court stayed out of the 2020 election β€” perhaps fearing the political fallout were it to intervene, as it did in Bush v. Gore (2000), a case that caused Democrats to accelerate their attacks on the judiciary.

 

Biden’s claim that the election was β€œthe most scrutinized election ever in American history” also misses the point. The election laws were changed, in the middle of the campaign, to allow mass vote by mail β€” at the behest of Democrats, and over the objections of Republicans. The rate of rejection of absentee ballots dropped dramatically from the primary to the general election, despite millions more ballots being delivered by mail. And private money from left-wing billionaires such as Mark Zuckerberg was used to fund local vote by mail efforts in Democratic counties in key battleground states.

 

Republican challenges were not only about claims of election fraud, but about the legitimacy and constitutionality of changes that legalized voting practices that until recently were considered vulnerable to fraud and partisan manipulation.

 

Biden also said: β€œIn America, if you lose, you accept the results.” He and his party spent years hyping false claims that β€œRussian collusion” was responsible for the 2016 election result. They have neither recanted for that, nor apologized.

Former Spy Arrested for Serving as Double Agent for China.

 

A former spy for the German secret service has been arrested on suspicion of conducting β€œintelligence agent activities” on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party.

 

The federal prosecutor issued a press release about the man, called Klaus L., who β€œallegedly supplied the Chinese secret service with information for almost a decade, starting in 2010. At the same time, however, he was an informant for the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND). German public broadcaster ARD reported that the man, now 75, provided the BND with information for 50 years, leading a β€˜double life.'”

 

The man worked for the Hanns Seidel Foundation as a political scientist from the 1980s through his retirement. The Hanns Seidel Foundation is a political research foundation which has a close association with the the Christian Social Union (CSU). The CSU is the Bavarian β€œsister party” of the conservatives of Angela Merkel. Since 2001, Klaus L. had also been running a think tank.

 

Charges were filed in May and Klaus L. was arrested on Monday. The suspect had gone on frequent travels outside Germany including β€œthe former Soviet Union and later Russia, the Balkans, South Africa and South Asia.” Some of these travels were for guest lectures. The β€œBND would be involved in meetings his think tank held with foreign guests.” The Hanns Seidel Foundation has said that is was not aware of any of the suspect’s activities with BND.

 

The suspect’s home was searched in November of 2019 and he said that he had initially informed BND of his Chinese contacts, but did not deny he had been spying for China. According to Politico:

 

β€œIn 2010, according to the prosecutor’s office, he traveled to Shanghai for a lecture and was approached β€˜by members of a Chinese intelligence service in order to win him over for cooperation.’

 

β€˜Subsequently, until November 2019, the defendant regularly provided information to the Chinese intelligence service in the run-up to or after state visits or multinational conferences, as well as on current affairs,’ the prosecutor’s office’s statement continued.”

Attorneys have issued them a cease and desist order to prevent this destruction of evidence from happening.

This is the 3rd or 4th article I've seen over the past 2 days randomly talking about underground subway stations. The other one that pops out to me (because it was from my home town) talked about the abandoned "secret" underground subway stations in the city that they have tried to block off, but people still go down there. We have never had a subway here, apparently they build these HUGE beautiful subwaystations, underground, & never finished them then just abandoned them.

I wonder if they are putting it in peoples heads where underground places are for the upcoming emergency. But they can't straight up say whas going on, so they give hints to the smart ones

33 Sailors Taken to Hospital Due to Possible Diesel Exhaust Poisoning, Report Says

 

33 sailors have been hospitalised after having been thought to be poisoned by exhaust fumes from a diesel engine onboard the USS Michigan submarine currently located at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, the Kitsap Sun reported on Tuesday.

 

The incident occurred while repair work was being carried out.

 

According to a spokesman for the Bangor-based Submarine Group, Lt. Cmdr. Ben Anderson, the sailors were examined by doctors "out of an abundance of caution." Two showed mild symptoms of respiratory distress.

 

"All sailors were evaluated and released" he said from the hospital.

 

USS Michigan, one of four 560 foot submarines with guided rockets, had been berthed at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for two years due in part to an overhaul that includes the restoration of an emergency diesel generator.

Train fanatic reveals underground secrets of the NYC Subway labyrinth

The unfathomably complex labyrinth of the New York City Subway is largely a mystery to riders beyond the few stations and routes they use every day.

But its sprawling tentacles β€” subterranean, open-air and elevated β€” are as clear as a sunlit pond to Peter Dougherty, 60, an amateur railroad enthusiast who’s been something of a mystery himself.

So self-effacing that he’s never previously been photographed in the media, he might know more about the system than anyone outside the MTA β€” perhaps more than anyone inside it.

The 2021 edition of his challenging but awe-inspiring book, β€œTracks of the New York City Subway,” maps its 691 track miles, 472 stations (the most of any system in the world) and 2,000 track switches in microscopic detail. If you thought signals were as simple as red, yellow and green, wait until you see Page 113.

β€œTracks” should enthrall the growing number of riders who are returning to the subways β€” 2.5 million in a single day last month, far below pre-pandemic totals of 5.5 million but inching up every week from the 385,000 total in April 2020 and expected to soar after Labor Day.

The book isn’t authorized by the MTA, although, β€œThey sold it in their stores until 9/11,” Dougherty said. The MTA feared it could somehow aid terrorists. He says he was careful not to include anything β€œthat could cause harm. For example, I never give precise location of emergency exits or power installations.”

Be warned: β€œTracks” is not a beach read. Yard and route-connection maps that resemble microchip patterns, and technical jargon about CBTC signals are not for casual readers who might hope to learn which movies were shot at which stations (although they’re mentioned here and there).

β€œMy target audience is people who are fascinated by the subway system’s inner workings,” Dougherty said. β€œThe same person stands on a platform every day and notices there are signals at the end. They see that the train always goes to the left, not to the right. I was fascinated by this, too.”

The 160 spiral-bound pages left me with a sense of wonder for the subway’s myriad expansions and contractions over more than a century, many of them forgotten in the mist of time. I came away feeling that the system might be the Big Apple’s greatest landmark, even if it isn’t as scenic as Central Park or the Brooklyn Bridge.

Dougherty, who now lives in northern New Jersey, met us inside the Herald Square station. He pointed out a score of obscure vital safety features. Those little yellow thingies on tracks are β€œtrip arms.” They pop up to activate air brakes on the rare occasion that a train crosses a red signal.

β€œThe trip arm enforces a red signal,” he explained. β€œThe arm would raise up at an angle. There’s a white valve at the front of the train. When the yellow paint comes in touch with the white, it leaves a telltale mark, which would tell the inspector that somebody went through a red light.”

Dougherty said the book’s exquisitely intricate maps and graphics are β€œbased on what anyone can see looking out the window of a train, by observation on a platform, from street level, or using online mapping resources” as well as public maps and transit-related Web sites.

But it’s gotten harder over the years. β€œWhen I started years ago, I could look out front windows of trains to verify things” β€” but very few trains today still have single-pane front windows. Dougherty first β€œgot into rail-fanning as a young man in Montreal. I was absolutely amazed you could run a train under the ground.

TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – On Friday afternoon, a federal judge in Tallahassee sentenced Madison King, 23, of Nashville, Georgia, to 25 years in prison on charges of conspiracy to produce, distribute, possess, and receive child pornography.

 

Court documents reflect, in July 2019, representatives of local, state, and federal law enforcement executed a search warrant at the Tallahassee residence of King’s co-defendant, Gregory Johnson. While conducting the search, authorities found messages on Johnson’s phone that demonstrated Johnson and King had conspired to produce child pornography. The recovered evidence included short video clips and pictures that King had taken and transmitted to Johnson depicting the sexual abuse of a toddler.

 

King is alleged to have performed sex acts on the 3-year-old, according to a statement by District Attorney Dick Perryman.

 

Florida investigators quickly obtained emergency legal process to locate King and contacted their Georgia counterparts. That same day, agents with Homeland Security Investigations, in concert with the Berrien County (Georgia) Sheriff’s Office, executed a search of King’s Nashville, Georgia residence, whereupon the child was rescued.

 

King’s co-defendant, Johnson, has also pleaded guilty to the federal charges. Johnson is scheduled to be sentenced on September 14, 2021, before Chief United States District Judge Mark Walker.

 

β€œThere is no greater charge than the protection of our children,” stated Acting U.S. Attorney Jason Coody. β€œActs of such depravity, committed by a caregiver, are both horrific and incomprehensible. Our law enforcement partners are to be commended for the swift, multi-state investigation, which resulted in the immediate rescue of this child, preventing further abuse.”

No Treason Or Sedition Charges For January 6th Capitol Rioters, Report

 

More than 500 individuals have been arrested and charged with crimes related to the January 6th riot at the United States Capitol, but none have yet been charged with β€œtreason” or β€œsedition,” despite leftists’ claims that the Capitol riots were an armed β€œinsurrection” against the United States government.

 

The Associated Press noted Tuesday that, so far, Capitol riot defendants have been given an β€œincreasing number of lesser charges,” perhaps designed to elicit guilty pleas or plea deals from the dozens of defendants awaiting trial.β€œAccusations against Jan. 6 rioter Thomas Caldwell certainly seem to fit the charge of sedition as it’s generally understood β€” inciting revolt against the government. And the possibility of charging him and others was widely discussed after thousands of pro-Trump supporters assaulted scores of police officers, defaced the U.S. Capitol, and hunted for lawmakers to stop the certification. 17 Million Gallons Of Raw Sewage Spills Into Pacific Ocean Closing Some L.A.-Area Beaches To Swimmers

 

Some Los Angeles-area beaches were closed to swimmers on Monday after 17 million gallons of untreated sewage spilled into the Pacific Ocean.

 

Sanitation officials said the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant in Playa del Rey had become β€œinundated with overwhelming quantities of debris” after a power outage, triggering the plant’s relief system to discharge the waste matter through a pipe one mile offshore.Hyperion Executive Plant Manager Timeyin Defeta said in a statement that the β€œemergency measure” was necessary β€œto prevent the plant from going completely offline and discharging much more raw sewage.” He added, β€œNormally the discharge of treated sewage is through the five-mile outfall.” According to the L.A. Times, β€œDafeta said he believes that the incident was the largest amount of untreated sewage discharged through the one-mile pipe over the last 10 years,” and β€œthe one-mile pipe was last used for a major discharge of wastewater in 2015.”

 

17 million gallons of sewage is about 6% of a daily load, Defeta said.

 

Protocols for notifying regulatory agencies and the State’s Office of Emergency Services were followed,” said Defeta on Monday. β€œWater quality sampling and testing of shoreline (beach) samples are currently being conducted, and our monitoring vessel traveled to both outfalls to make observations and take samples for analyses following regulatory permit protocols.”

I didn't want anyone to know that I had taken the role, because I knew if the /COMMS/ faggots realized I had been made BV they would have taken the shilling to level 1000. Because they have a Global as part of their crew I had to not only not be myself, but I had to remember to always mask my VPN because the globals knew my hash. On Tuesday, Senate President Karen Fann said in an interview on Tuesday that the number of ballots found by the audit does not match the certified total.

 

They are double, triple, and quadruple checking every single detail in order to prove that the Senate’s audit is 100% accurate.

 

The Gateway Pundit reported that the audit team is using new machines for another recount of the total number of ballots.

 

Senator Karen Fann: β€œThey haven’t released a number yet, if you will, however we do know that those numbers do not match with Maricopa County at this point,” Fann told KTAR News 92.3 FM’s The Mike Broomhead Show.

 

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs have done everything in their power to prevent them from finding these discrepancies.

 

This is probably why Maricopa County refused to cooperate and perform this audit with the Senate as requested by the Senate.
