Just watch it. He does a very good job laying it all out. And one of the things he talks about is that the fraud has been going on for a long time.

 

And by "secret", maybe that's me choosing the wrong word. But while all the attention has been on Arizona, PA, etc, etc, they've been veerrrrryyy busy, quietly, in the background, working very hard.
