I live out in the country with limited internet and rudimentary computers, mostly because i refuse to spend any more time and effort on the shit. However, i do go to bed and wake up reading this place on a smartyphone. But this comment made me get out of bed earlier, start my truck and rustle the neighbors driving out to my local diner here where i can reply with a keyboard.
I’m ok with an Amendment and death penalty, but what might work better and a lot cheaper would be immediate and lawful Public Battery. Save the money we are trying not to spend, and produce a much more striking (hehe, see what i did there?) example to the general public. No need for long and drawn out court cases… just let fly with a few Constitutionally Protected face bloodying fist blows. Empty hands/fists, no objects such as clubs or stones. Immediate, visible, public, non-lethal and with more chance of the perpetrator living to share the lesson with others.
99% of ALL our ills, stem directly from the moral hazard of fake money. A swift punch to the face for anyone who advances, advocates rationalizes or defends such… a broken nose here and there will save humanity incalculable pain and suffering.
