It's clear to those with eyes to see.

That's an understandable confusion. The meeting went like this. I sat with him in an office before any of this.
1 Private VIP No phones allowed Q and A. Flynn opened with a very very interesting speech. Then he answered questions from the crowd. No one asked live questions. A list was gathered and given to the general. He chose which to answer.
A dinner with only a handful of folks. This was after the no phones allowed. This is where the picture was taken. This is where I asked him some questions and talked to his security team.
The general session. A big crowd and a few interesting speakers leading up to the general. A lady who escaped from Poland talking about the dangers of communism and where America is headed if we don't wake up. She was followed by a man who does undercover child sex trafficking busts. He showed pics and told stories. He's an amazing man. Then was Flynn who gave a great speech. This speech is almost certainly online some where. If not, I think it will be soon.
When I arrived, security told me no phones were allowed in the building. They know and trust me so that was that. I certainly could have snuck in a recording. Only because I had been told by the organizers that Flynn was in agreement with the no phone policy did I decide it was best to not violate that understanding. But that was only for the very very beginning. At the dinner and the general meeting, everyone had phones.
