Organizations and countries above a certain size are really just a machine of systems with self-preservation as it's first objective and then beyond that you can see how the systems are biased and their capabilities. Unless there's a charismatic leader (Trump) at the top, it's really sociopathic. Follow the Golden Rule but never apologize or even feel sorry for competing successfully. Anything else is darkness. Likewise, lose gracefully when the better comes along and it's time to move on. This advice is easier to give than to live, but I try.

I'm sure we got something. I know my mom was all into it and knew ladies that were doing it like a military operation. I don't even use coupons, so I suck as a smart shopper.
