They've realized the "Carrot" won't work, and will have to use the "Stick". What will that stick look like?
No medical/Dental treatment allowed without the Vax? No Medicare/Medicaid coverage without the Vax? No Social Security payment without the Vax? No Federal Retirement without the Vax? No passport's without the Vax? Tax refund seized by the IRS for a "No Vax Fund"? No Federal employment without the Vax? (They're already persecuting employees without the Vax, making them wear masks when no one else does, and requiring self quarantine after travel before returning to work).
There's no end of mischief that the feds can do with this.
