If anons are ever feeling hopeless, consider rereading drops and you will undoubtedly arrive at the only logical conclusion: all the biggest members of the swamp are cooperating witnesses (some in custody), and the drip campaign is being done in controlled fashion so as to 1. not push society off a cliff, and 2. rope in those who still foolishly believe they can get away with murder.
