Inside Huawei’s new campus, which is designed to look like a group of European cities and has its own tram system

Chinese technology giant Huawei is building a brand new campus designed to look like different places in Europe.

CNBC had a tour of the nine square kilometer site, which can house up to 25,000 employees.

The campus is split into “towns,” which are areas where employees work. Each town is named after a European city.

There is Granada, a city in the south of Spain.

Other towns include Paris in France, Verona in Italy,and Bruges in Belgium. The campus is still being built. So far eight of the total 12 towns have been built.

The campus is located in an area of southern China called Dongguan. It is north of Shenzhen, the location of Huawei’s current headquarters.

Currently, 17,000 employees are located on the campus. There are over 50,000 employees at Huawei’s Shenzhen headquarters. Huawei’s Dongguan campus is so big that a tram operates to transport employees between different towns.

There’s even a bridge that connects the different parts of the campus on different sides of the lake. The bridge is a replica of the Freedom Bridge in Budapest, Hungary.

It’s one of the first times that Huawei has opened its new campus up to foreign media.

Brazilian lawmaker sparks backlash after calling to revise child labor laws, citing 13yo skateboarder’s Olympic silver

A Brazilian politician landed in hot water after calling to loosen the country’s child labor laws, pointing to the Olympic silver medal brought home by 13-year-old skateboarder Rayssa Leal. Critics roundly condemned the idea.

Sostenes Cavalcante, a Democratas Party deputy for Rio de Janeiro, took to Twitter on Monday to propose a revision to Brazil’s child labor statute – which bars anyone under the age of 14 from holding a job – suggesting Leal’s silver medal showed that younger kids are capable of being employed.

“Brazilian children aged 13 cannot work, but skater Rayssa Leal won the silver medal at the Olympics,” he said, adding “Hey! It's just a thought… Congratulations to our Olympic medalist!” while urging for a “revision of the Statute of Children and Adolescents now!”

In another tweet later on Monday, Cavalcante cited an excerpt of the labor law that sets 14 as the minimum working age, saying he would like to see that particular article changed.

The proposal did not go over well with many observers online, with Brazil-based journalist Glenn Greenwald noting Cavalcante’s tweet was flooded with criticism.

Brazilian Senator Paulo Rocha joined the detractors, calling the idea “absurd” while saying Cavalcante “took advantage of a 13-year-old athlete's victory to ask for a review of [the law] and defend CHILD LABOR.”

There is no comparison between child labor and the Rayssa Medal. Children must study, play, play sports. Working means not having time for any of this.

Paulo Sergio Pinheiro, a Brazilian diplomat and longtime human rights activist, also panned the suggestion, sharing a photo of a smiling Leal alongside a young Brazilian girl washing a car’s windshield while asking Cavalcante to compare their situations.

“What distorted view of reality is it to think that a child playing sports is the same thing as a child working? Do you think both girls in the photo are playing the same 'role' in society? This false symmetry is absurd!” he said.

Amid ongoing migrant influx, Border Patrol apprehends previously deported criminals

Shortly after midnight on Saturday, a Yuma Sector Border Patrol Agent encountered an individual who unlawfully crossed the international border. Records checks showed that the individual had a significant criminal history in the U.S., including conviction for negligent vehicular homicide in the state of California in 2004, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

The Mexican man, Modesto Hernandez-Rechiga, had been "convicted of negligent vehicular homicide in California in 2004 and was sentenced to 16 months in prison," according to CBP. "Hernandez-Rechiga also had several arrests and convictions for driving under the influence and served jail time for those as well."

While he had been ejected from America in 2005, he was eventually apprehended and deported yet again.

"Hernandez-Rechiga was formally removed from the United States in 2005. He was apprehended again and subsequently deported a second time in 2016 after serving jail time for reentry of a deported alien. For his latest illegal entry, Hernandez-Rechiga will again face charges for reentry of a deported alien, with an enhancement for being an aggravated felon, which could add more jail time to his sentence if convicted," according to CBP.

Also early on Saturday morning, authorities apprehended a group of six individuals who unlawfully crossed the border. Within that group was Jose Ramos-Lopez, who, according to records checks, had been convicted of sexual battery in the Golden State in 2007 and sentenced to two years of prison time.

However, Ramos-Lopez served half of the sentence and was removed from the country in 2008.

"Ramos-Lopez faces charges for reentry of a deported alien, with an enhancement for the previous felony conviction," according to CBP.

Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents have already apprehended 314 criminal aliens so far during the current fiscal year, which began in October 2020, according to CBP.

As the U.S. continues to face an influx of migrants along its southern border, the capture of previously deported criminals serves to highlight the public safety implications of the nation's border security.

America’s Frontline Doctors filed a motion on July 19 to stop Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the experimental COVID-19 gene therapy injections. The lawsuit, filed in Alabama Federal Court against Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and others, argues for immediate injunctive relief against the COVID-19 “Vaccines” of Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson to stop them from continuing to operate under EUA. The motion also seeks to prohibit the FDA from approving the Vaccines for three categories:

• (i) for the under-18 category;

• (ii) for those, regardless of age, who have been infected with SARS-CoV-2 prior to vaccination; and

• (iii) until such a time as the Defendants have compiled their obligation to create and maintain the requisite “conditions of authorization” under Section 546 of the Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e), thereby enabling Vaccine candidates to give truly voluntary, informed consent.

The lawsuit laid out by AFLDS does an excellent job, from start to finish, of explaining why there is no underlying health emergency surrounding COVID-19.

I just updated my hosts file with this copy pasta I edited/saved from some time ago and it seemed to help;

Locate your HOSTS file in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc folder and edit it with notepad or any other pure text editor.

Samsung notes works well for phone fags.

Copy all of the IP addresses and the URLs below and paste them into the hosts file at the bottom below all the crap that is in there;

Click save as, then click pull down arrow to the right and choose "All Files (.)" as the type of file you are saving.
