So have got a bit more on this, apparently the voice spoken is Shane Murphy, its NOT Reece Kershaw and really need to be careful sharing this around, as he is actually the current commissioner of the Aus Fed Police.

Shane has ties to a freedom group that where behind a discrete letter set up for cops and service persons to send letters of discontent to their superiors, but gained a lot of momentum it seems a lot of them are fed up. This meeting appears to be a group call discussing a move forward but its not the fed's or a police body as its being shared as. Need to dig this more it could be a booby trap.
