It really depends on if that anon lives in a right to work state, they can fire you for anything. Most of them from what i recall were democratic strongholds like Illinois. This will put further pressure on those who are unwilling to get the jab or lose their livelyhood. I will not blame them when those individuals go postal. Which i am not saying should happen but most likely will happen.

i have heard conflicting things tbf, i have heard that in rare cases it can be over ruled but i do not know and as we know they are making this up as they go. But i have a freedom to assembly, and religion and my body is my own. I am not some test subject for a unknown substance. So I do not know for sure which is why i really am curious what the amish people are doing right now.

In theory yes, but also it can be used to fire that person for ANY reason including non compliance to the companies mandates. If you become too difficult it will be easier to let you go, plus they can still fight you getting unemployment which i think will be the next thing we start to see getting reported. Unions are just as bad don't get me wrong but the companies have the final say over you no matter what. Best to fight them as long as you can but make other plans as well in the meantime for anyone who is worried about this.
