I noticed something today that might be something, might be nothing.

For the last 3 weeks or so I have noticed that my house value on Zillow has not changed one dollar. After months of nearly daily increases in value.

I also have not received any texts, calls or mail offering to buy my house in the last 3 or so weeks. Multiple times a day to zero almost overnight.

Big crash coming?

Any homeowner anons experience the same?
