As the first hearing of the Jan. 6 committee was underway on Capitol Hill, Benner took to Twitter to stress that it “underscores” what she indicated was the ongoing threat within the U.S.

USA Today Scrubs Passage Suggesting Vaccinated Individuals May Spread COVID With 'Higher Levels' Of Virus

“NBC News, citing unnamed officials aware of the decision, reported it comes after new data suggests vaccinated individuals could have higher levels of virus and infect others amid the surge of cases driven by the delta variant of the coronavirus,” the USA Today reported in a passage that was later scrubbed from an article.

The story from the USA Today drops the reference to NBC News, but nonetheless corroborates the news: “CDC says vaccinated people may transmit virus, recommends masks indoors.”

“CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said new data shows the delta variant, which accounts for more than 80% of the new infections in the U.S., behaves ‘uniquely differently’ from its predecessors and could make vaccinated people infectious,” the article notes.

“Information on the delta variant from several states and other countries indicates that in rare occasions some vaccinated people infected with the delta variant after vaccination may be contagious and spread the virus to others,” Walensky said in announcing new guidance, which reverses a CDC recommendation in May. “This new science is worrisome and unfortunately warrants an update to our recommendation.”

NBC News reported on the CDC guidance reversal on Monday.

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended Tuesday that fully vaccinated people begin wearing masks indoors again in places with high Covid-19 transmission rates,” NBC News reported. “The agency is also recommending kids wear masks in schools this fall.”

“Federal health officials still believe fully vaccinated individuals represent a very small amount of transmission,” the report continued. “Still, some vaccinated people could be carrying higher levels of the virus than previously understood and potentially transmit it to others.”

Senators Reach Agreement on $1.2 Trillion Hard Infrastructure Bill

A group of bipartisan senators on Wednesday reached an agreement on the $1.2 trillion hard infrastructure bill after Republicans stalled the measure last week.

Bipartisan = the American people are getting screwed

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said the senate could vote as early as Wednesday evening to advance the measure.

The motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed was not agreed to last week because Republicans said there was no money to pay for the package.

“Senators continue to make good progress on both on both tracks of legislation. Senators should be prepared to vote again on cloture on the motion to proceed to the bipartisan infrastructure bill as early as tonight,” Schumer said.

Republican Senators Portman, Collins, Romney and Cassidy met with Mitch McConnell Wednesday morning to work out the major issues.

Senators say they have reached a deal on the “major issues” in their bipartisan infrastructure talks, and expect to start debate as soon as Wednesday.

“We now have an agreement on the major issues. We are prepared to move forward,” said Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio), who led the negotiations for the Republicans.

Speaking to reporters with the five GOP negotiators after a meeting with Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), Portman touted the deal and described McConnell as being open to it.

Asked if they would finalize their agreement on Wednesday, Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) told reporters: “Yep.”

To start debate, Schumer will need the support of 10 GOP senators in addition to all 50 of his members.

If the bipartisan group is able to finalize its agreement, Schumer has warned that they will work through the weekend.

“To my friends in the press, I would cancel your weekend plans and then cancel all your dinner plans for the foreseeable future,” he said on Wednesday morning.

There in an additional $3.5 trillion budget resolution on top of this infrastructure measure that the senate is trying to pass before the August recess.

When asked about inflation and rising consumer prices during last week’s CNN town hall dumpster fire, Biden said the multi-trillion dollar spending bills “will reduce inflation, reduce inflation, reduce inflation.”

Updated 1:40: NO Prison Time for Lauren Salzman; She Gets Probation Only — Judge Wonders Why Albany Law Enforcement Never Prosecuted NXIVM=

Lauren Salzman got five years probation and 300 hours of community service and no PRISON TIME for her conviction on racketeering and racketeering conspiracy.

As a condition of her probation, she cannot have contact with anyone affiliated with NXIVM with the exception of her family.

Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis praised the US Attorney’s office for the EDNY who he said saved the lives of many people by prosecuting NXIVM.

The judge also praised Lauren’s efforts at rehabilitation speaking glowingly about Lauren’s choice of a new career as a dog groomer, which he said, showed she had empathy.

He said that dog grooming won’t make her rich or give her power, but it shows she is empathetic and compassionate.

He called pet grooming work the opposite of the work she did for NXIVM since she will not have power or money in the dog grooming field but that she had power and money in NXIVM.

The judge called her testimony at the trial of Keith Raniere extraordinarily helpful and genuine.

The judge mentioned that hers was a life meant for rehabilitation and that she has 20 years or more of life in her new career.

The judge made a remarkable statement – chastising the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York and the New York State Police and Albany DA David Soares – none of whom he mentioned by name – as he wondered how state and federal authorities in Albany did not pursue the prosecution of NXIVM over decades when there was so much of a record of criminality.

“How in the world this went on for so many years, will forever be a a mystery to this court,” the judge said.

Make the obvious point that most of the crimes of conviction occurred in the Albany area, the judge said, “How his case came to be prosecuted in Brooklyn, after state and federal authorities in Albany were aware of the abuse is not comprehensible to this court.”

It is not clear if this is a signal for a public corruption investigation into law enforcement in the Albany area or not.

Two victims spoke — Ivy Nevares who spoke by video and Susan Dones who appeared in person.

Karen Unterreiner was seen outside the court with Dones.

Lauren spoke last – she said the fact that she was prosecuted saved her life.

Nevares said it was painful because Lauren was her peer, her coach and her best friend for 20 years and said that it was Lauren’s role to manage and manipulate her and that Lauren “gaslighted me.”

Nevares also said that Karen U apologized to her but Lauren never apologized. Nevares also said she treasured her friendship with Lauren. and noted a week spent with Lauren in Mexico when her father was dying.

“I trusted you above anyone else,: Nebares said. “You knew my weakness my past trauma…. and you enjoyed power and a lavish lifestyle.”

Department of Justice Warns States Against Violating Federal Law With Audits

Department of Justice officials on Wednesday alerted states that they’re tracking closely the 2020 election audit taking place in Arizona and proposed audits in several other states.

The new guidance document summarizes the Biden administration’s position on federal law concerning audits, deeming the round of reviews either done, being done, or proposed “unusual” and “exceedingly rare” while highlighting that federal law imposes constraints under which counties and states must comply.

The laws include the Civil Rights Act of 1960, which mandates the retention of election records for 22 months after a federal election, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which outlines that no person “shall intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote, or intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote.”

The former, for instance, makes it the duty of election officials to maintain the security and integrity of the records and safeguard their chain of custody, “so that a complete and uncompromised record of federal elections can be reliably accessed and used in federal law enforcement matters,” the document states.

“Where election records leave the control of elections officials, the systems for maintaining the security, integrity, and chain of custody of those records can easily be broken. Moreover, where elections records are no longer under the control of elections officials, this can lead to a significant risk of the records being lost, stolen, altered, compromised, or destroyed. This risk is exacerbated if the election records are given to private actors who have neither experience nor expertise in handling such records and who are unfamiliar with the obligations imposed by federal law,” it adds, in a clear reference to the audit being done in Maricopa County, Arizona.

The GOP-controlled Arizona Senate last year ordered the audit, tapping Florida-based Cyber Ninjas, which has no election audit experience.

Violators of the Civil Rights Act face fines of up to $1,000 and a jail sentence of up to one year for each violation.

“The reason we’re issuing this as guidance is to tell jurisdictions, generally, that we are concerned that if they’re going to conduct these audits, so-called audits of the past election, they have to comply with federal law, and warning them that they can’t conduct these audits in a way that is going to intimidate voters,” a DOJ official told reporters in a call about the guidance.

“This document sets down a marker that says the Justice Department is concerned about this and we will be following this closely,” the official added.

Dozens of US Beaches Shut Down in July Due to High Levels of Toxic Bacteria

Dozens of beaches across the United States were forced to close this month following reports of an increase in toxic bacterias contaminating the water.

An advisory against bathing at beaches in states nationwide like California, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Massachusetts and Washington State was issued by health officials this month after they determined swimming is potentially unsafe due to high levels of bacteria.

In some cases, like with the recent closures in New York’s Nassau County when 17 beaches were shut down, the contamination was reported after heavy rainfall caused runoff stormwater to impact the quality of bathing water, elevating bacteria levels.

Other components that regularly contribute to the pollution of coastal environments come from ships and boats, trash, sunscreen, and harmful algal blooms, according to the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).

Beach-goers getting infected by toxic bacterias, like the flesh-eating kind, are extremely rare and more often affect people with certain underlying health conditions.

“There’s very few people that get sick and die in the United States, but when somebody dies it makes the news because it’s so graphic, and that’s because you die within a day or two,” Paul Gulig, a professor of molecular genetics and microbiology at the University of Florida School of Medicine told The Weather Channel in an interview on July 23, referring to Vibrio vulnificus, which is mostly present in marine environments such as estuaries, brackish ponds, or coastal areas.

Last year, a total of 328 beaches nationwide were reported as “potentially unsafe” for bathing activities on at least 25 percent of days that testing took place, according to a report (pdf) published on July 1 by the Environment America Research & Policy Center. This number amounts to more than 10 percent of the beaches that were surveyed.

McConnell to run pro-vaccine ads in Kentucky to combat ‘bad advice’

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell, a proponent of the coronavirus vaccine, said he will work to counter misinformation about the shots by mounting an ad blitz in his home state of Kentucky.

​”There is bad advice out there, you know. Apparently you see that all over the place: people practicing medicine without a license, giving bad advice. And that bad advice should be ignored,” McConnell told Reuters in an interview published Wednesday.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky on Tuesday issued new guidelines that call for even fully vaccinated people to wear masks indoors in areas where coronavirus cases are on the rise because of the highly infectious Delta variant. ​

“Not enough people are vaccinated,” said McConnell, who survived polio as a child. “So we’re trying to get them to reconsider and get back on the path to get us to some level of herd immunity.”

The 79-year-old McConnell, who has publicly promoted vaccines ever since, said in the interview that he plans to run 60-second ads on more than 100 radio stations in Kentucky to promote the vaccine.

He’ll pay for the ad campaign with funds from his re-election campaign.

Many health experts and politicians have blamed the unvaccinated for allowing the coronavirus to spark another surge of cases.

Last week, Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey blasted people refusing to get a shot for the increase of coronavirus in her state. “It’s time to start blaming the unvaccinated folks, not the regular folks. It’s the unvaccinated folks that are letting us down,” said Ivey, a Republican.

“Almost 100 percent of the new hospitalizations are with unvaccinated folks. And the deaths are certainly occurring with the unvaccinated folks,” she told reporters. “These folks are choosing a horrible lifestyle of self-inflicted pain.”

“I was encouraged by what the governor of Alabama said,” McConnell ​said.​

According to the CDC, 57 percent of Americans over 12 have been fully vaccinated.​​

A National Embarrassment. An Unadulterated Farce. The January 6th Committee Makes a Mockery of America.

Yesterday’s partisan committee hearing on January 6th was nothing short of a national embarrassment. No doubt the January 6th riots were, too. Had pipsqueak Pence done his job, the country would look far different today. But two wrongs don’t make a right. How Democrats continue to abuse their power for the partisan persecution of their political opponents will remain a stain on America’s body politick for generations to come.

The most humiliating moments – especially for the audiences watching from around the world – saw all four “stars” of the “show” crying for the television cameras.

Harry Dunn, Adam Kinzinger, Aquilino Gonell, and Adam Schiff all boo-hooed on international television, signaling nought but weakness to America’s adversaries. But why should they care? These men are more concerned about climate change activist shaman than they are about the Chinese Communist Party. More on that, later.

Schiff, recall, was once the latest in a string of purported titans who were set to “take down Trump,” in the failed impeachment proceedings. Yesterday, he reverted to his natural state of sobbing little manlet, keen to play up his “human” side for the cameras. A crock, if ever there was one.

‘The Worst Attack EVER!’

The narrative has suggested that January 6th was “the worst attack” on the United States since, like, ever. The moderate position appears to be that it was the worst attack since my people (the British) burned the White House down. And yet, anyone with even a cursory knowledge of American history would righty guffaw at such claims. Hell, anyone with a functioning memory should be able to see through the pantomimish postulation.

Consider 1954, when four armed Puerto Ricans took positions in the gallery overlooking the chamber of the House of Representatives and opened fire. They wounded five Members of Congress: two Republicans and three Democrats. It was a pretty heinous attack. Of course Jimmy Carter commuted the terrorists’ life sentences later on.

Or how about in 1971, when a left-wing protester planted an actual bomb that actually exploded outside the Senate.

“The Congressional reaction was generally restrained,” the New York Times reported at the time. No such luck this time.

Or consider 1983, when a massive blast tore through the Capitol building, luckily killing no one, but leading to the modern identification requirements needed to enter the building. In a way, this attack killed the openness of America’s legislature, which had been almost totally open to the public prior.

The culprits – Laura Whitehorn, Marilyn Buck, and Linda Evans – were all radical Marxists.

Whitehorn served 14 years and is now a lauded figure on the left. Buck served 25 years before being released to die from cancer a month later. Evans served 11 years, got parole, and then had her sentence commuted by Bill Clinton.

Boris’s War on the Young: Festivals, Travel Added to Nightclubs and Universities on Vax List

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has suggested that vaccines may be needed for “mass events” and travel, in what appears to be more targeted attempts to force young people to be vaccinated.

Last Monday — on what was branded ‘Freedom Day’ because the majority of restrictions had been lifted — saw the prime minister make the extraordinary threat to make double vaccination the requirement for entry to nightclubs.

In another direct targeting of young people, reports later circulated that Johnson also backed plans to make vaccination mandatory for students who want to attend in-class university lectures or live in campus accommodation.

Against the draconian threats of depriving young Britons of important cultural rites of passage or entry to common social venues, Johnson attempted to appear more amiable, as he suggested to LBC’s Nick Ferrari on Wednesday that vaccines will “help” young people live ordinary lives.

The proportion of 18- to 24-year-olds in England who have had at least one vaccine is a little over 60 per cent; however, that appears not to be high enough.

On Tuesday, Cabinet Minister Michael Gove called anyone who refused to be vaccinated “selfish”.

“If you deliberately refuse to get vaccinated and there are certain venues and certain events that require a certain level of safety, then… those venues and those events will be barred to you,” Gove had said.

Mr Ferrari raised the issue of younger people possibly refusing the vaccine and asked Johnson if he would likewise call them selfish.

While attempting to distance himself from Gove’s blunt remarks, he instead said he would tell young vaccine refuseniks: “I would put it the other way around. I would say if you get one, you’re doing something massively positive for yourself, for your family.”

Ferrari then asked specifically, “but if you don’t get one, should you be possibly barred from a nightclub?” Johnson avoided answering the question, repeating: “It’s a very positive thing to do, to get a vaccine.”

Asked again if someone should be barred from a nightclub, a sports stadium, or university, the prime minister repeated the same phrase: “I think it’s a very positive thing to do, to get a vaccine.”

He then implied that regular life might be “hindered” without vaccines and might affect going on holiday or to football matches or music festivals, continuing: “As I said the other day: people can obviously see that when you look at things like travel, like massive events, that it’s going to be one of those things that will help you, not hinder you.”

Ashli Babbitt’s Mother Speaks Out: Nancy Pelosi Orchestrated My Daughter’s Execution

Ashli Babbitt’s mother, Michelle Witthoeft, says Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is responsible for orchestrating her daughter’s death on January 6.

“My daughter was a California constituent, and Nancy Pelosi not only, I feel like, orchestrated the death of my daughter.”

“I’ve reached out to Nancy Pelosi’s office several times, and she has yet to call me back because she’s too busy playing in her clubhouse with all of her elite people,” Witthoeft said.

She then reminded the House Speaker about who she really works for.

“You know, it’s the people’s house. It’s not your house, Nancy,” Witthoeft declared.

“It’s the people’s house. That’s my message to Nancy Pelosi,” she added.

Wnd.com reports: Despite the many claims of violence that occurred on Jan. 6, evidence has yet to surface suggesting Babbitt herself was reckless or threatening.

An earlier report from The Western Journal found that there had been no documented reports of Babbitt starting fires or attacking police officers.

Her mother wants to know who is responsible for her death.

“The Capitol Police should be held accountable like every other police department in the country.”

Witthoeft isn’t the only one fighting for Babbitt.

In a July 1 statement, former President Donald Trump asked only the following question: “Who shot Ashli Babbitt?”

Trump’s statement brought national awareness to the issue, causing Babbitt’s name to trend on Twitter.

Back in April, Babbitt’s family announced that they were suing the Capitol Police for “at least $10 million” in damages.

For the suit to be successful, the family would have to prove that the officer responsible had used “constitutionally unreasonable” force against Babbitt.

On April 14, after conducting an investigation, the Department of Justice released a statement on the matter.

Daily Mail Australia editor Barclay Crawford admits to directing his writing staff to ridicule “anti-vaxxers”

A leaked video is circulating on alternative social media that exposes Barclay Crawford, editor for the Daily Mail Australia, as a vaccine propagandist who specifically instructed his staff to ridicule “anti-vaxxers” in their articles.

The video – watch below – shows Crawford participating in a virtual meeting with staff members, some of whom he is heard congratulating for demonstrating that they already “got it” – meaning they have been doing a good job pushing pro-Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccination” in the paper.

“You’re all champions,” Crawford is heard saying. “We’ll keep trying to run stories that are, um, call out the ‘anti-vax’ weirdos and, and point out why, why we need to get it and why it’s important, you know, and why we don’t want Australia regressing to some, you know, the reason why we have medicine and medical science is for things like this and it’s amazing, and should be celebrated and not run down.”

Crawford would likely not allow the publishing of a new paper by former National Institute of Health (NIH) scientist J. Bart Classen, which links Chinese Virus injections to Parkinson’s disease and dementia.

Because of what his science uncovered, Classen would be classified as just another “weirdo” in Crawford’s book. Unless a person is fully on board with Crawford’s unquestioning injection agenda, he or she is just some cook that deserves ridicule and verbal violence.

Should someone you know send you an article from the Daily Mail Australia suggesting that Wuhan Flu shots are “safe” and “effective,” be sure to remind the person that Crawford is not in the business of honest journalism. Instead, he is just another pro-vax weirdo who worships the needle.

Unilever CEO Pledges Full Commitment to Israel in Groveling Letter to ADL Head Jonathan Greenblatt

Unilever CEO Alan Jope, the head of one of the biggest multinational corporations in the world, wrote a letter on Tuesday to Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt begging for forgiveness over Ben and Jerry's independent decision to end sales in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and pledging his full commitment to Israel.

Greenblatt responded by thanking Jope for his "unequivocal stance rejecting the BDS movement" but said they nonetheless "still urge Unilever to do whatever it can to convince the Ben and Jerry's board to change its position."

Senior officials from the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations "said they appreciate Unilever's commitment to continue doing business in Israel, though their response doesn't go far enough," Haaretz reported. "They encouraged the company to use its reported legal ability to override Ben & Jerry's decision, praising the numerous state authorities investigating whether the decision violates anti-BDS laws."

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) moved last week to blacklist and sanction Unilever and Ben & Jerry's to punish them for "boycotting Israel."
