Eighteen Senate Republicans sold out to Senate Democrats, with 17 of them voting Wednesday night to advance a $1.2 trillion Democrat “infrastructure” bill and another signaling he would.

The Senate voted to invoke cloture, or advance, H.R. 3684, the legislative vehicle for the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill. The vote featured Republican and Democrat support for the bill. The Senate voted 67-32 to invoke cloture on the bill, with seventeen Republicans in favor of invoking cloture on the bill.

All of them voted for this procedural vote without reading the bill—because it would have been impossible for them to read a bill that does not yet exist. The bill has still not been written despite months of negotiations.

These Senate Republicans voted to advance the bill even though lawmakers have not yet drafted a physical bill.

Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS), who is up for reelection in Kansas, voted against the legislation.

Senate Republicans blocked the legislation last week because lawmakers did not yet have a draft or an agreement on the legislation. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) announced Wednesday morning that the chamber could vote on the bill after the bipartisan group made significant progress on the bill.

Nine Senate Republicans have continued to negotiate with Senate Democrats and President Joe Biden’s administration on a $1.2 trillion bill that would grant Biden his second significant legislative victory after he passed his $1.9 trillion coronavirus package. The legislation could also likely lead to the passage of the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion reconciliation package, which includes climate change carveouts, boosted welfare benefits, and tax cuts for wealthy, mostly Democrat states.

Blessed Health Care in Campsie shamed after charging $250 for Covid vaccine

A Sydney health care clinic has been caught out charging an eye-watering fee for residents in a Covid-ravaged area to get the jab.

A health care clinic in Sydney’s southwest is charging hundreds of dollars for residents to get their hands on a Pfizer vaccine.

Blessed Health Care clinic has been caught out, asking patients to pay up to $250 for a “vaccination consultation” on their first visit, while the second dose could set them back up to $120.

A notice posted to the window of the clinics, which operate out of two sites in Campsie, said the vaccine itself was free but the consultation fee would leave people out of pocket.

The clinic is charging patients despite the federal government declaring there is no cost associated with getting the vaccine.

Cumberland councillor Kun Huang posted a message on Facebook, saying the desperation to get vaccinated, and apprehension around the AstraZeneca vaccine, has created a “black market for the Pfizer” vaccine.

Atlanta Mayor Issues Executive Order Requiring Mask Use in All Indoor Public Places

ATLANTA — Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms issued an Executive Order requiring all persons in a public place, including private businesses and establishments, to wear a mask or a cloth face covering over their nose and mouth when indoors. The Order is in response to the rising number of COVID-19 infections, the impact of the Delta variant and new CDC guidance.

“Public health experts overwhelmingly agree, and data has proved, that wearing a face covering helps slow the spread of this deadly virus,” said Mayor Bottoms. “As COVID-19 rates increase, we must remain vigilant, wear a mask, follow CDC guidelines and other measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our communities.”

The CDC announced on July 27, 2021, that individuals should wear a mask indoors in public if in an area of substantial or high transmission. Both Fulton County and DeKalb County are currently designated as areas of substantial transmission, according to current CDC data.

US Gun Manufacturer Remington Offers $33 Million to Settle Lawsuit of Sandy Hook Families

Earlier this month, lawyers representing the nine families of victims from the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting claimed that, after seven years of litigation, US gun manufacturer Remington was deliberately slowing the discovery process by submitting over 18,400 unrelated emojis and images, as well as some 15,000 additional image files.

A Tuesday issuance from the legal team of both Remington Arms Co. LLC and Remington Outdoors Co. Inc. detailed that the twice-bankrupt company would be offering each family $3.66 million to "settle all claims inclusive of any fees and costs."

Lawyers for the family have said that they will "consider the next steps in moving forward" with the trial, which accuses the weapons manufacturer of engaging in shady marketing practices that praised the qualities of their rifles - one of which was used by the 20-year-old gunman in the 2012 Newtown, Connecticut, shooting.

The event left 20 children and six adults dead.

The offer comes weeks after lawyers representing the family filed a complaint earlier this month, accusing the manufacturer of refusing to "comply with their discovery obligations."

"Remington has treated discovery like a game," the complaint reads. "Unwilling to have this case decided by a jury on the merits with a full record, Remington has sought delay and obfuscation at every turn."

While the lawsuit has been active since 2014, Remington has endured two bankruptcies since then, with the latest filing resulting in an automatic, one-year stay of the court proceedings. The order was recently lifted in June.

Remington also appealed to the Supreme Court in 2019 to reverse the Connecticut Supreme Court decision to allow the case to go to trial. However, the SCOTUS denied the case.

Jury selection for the case is scheduled to take place in September.

Canada Border Officers Vote To Strike, Warn Of Supply Chain Disruption

Thousands of Canada Border Services Agency personnel have overwhelmingly voted to authorize a strike – something that could throw a wrench into port, cross-border trucking, airfreight and international parcel operations.

The strike could happen as early as Aug. 6, the Public Service Alliance of Canada and its Customs and Immigration Union said on Tuesday. The union represents some 8,500 CBSA employees, including officers serving at ports of entry across the country.

The threat of a strike comes as Canada prepares to reopen its land border to nonessential travel for the first time since March 2020. The timing wasn’t lost on the union, which warned that a strike could lead to “significant disruption to the flow of goods.”

The impacts could bring delays to commercial vehicle traffic and impact parcel deliveries and duties collection, the union said.

CBSA officers serving in essential positions are legally barred from striking. But as American Shipper reported, the legal definition of essential is narrow in scope and doesn’t include collection of duties and taxes, according to a federal tribunal ruling.

The Port of Vancouver appears particularly vulnerable as it contends with an unprecedented level of container ship traffic. As the largest port in Canada, any disruption there could have impacts throughout the country and intermodal rail and trucking operations.

The union members have been without a contract since 2018 and are seeking pay parity with other Canadian law enforcement agencies and protections against what they allege is a toxic workplace culture.

“They’ve kept our borders safe, screened travelers entering Canada and ensured the rapid clearance of vaccine shipments,” Chris Aylward, national president of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, said in a statement.

“Now it’s time for the government to step up for them the way they’ve stepped up for Canadians.”

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told reporters on Tuesday that his government is negotiating with the union and hoped to reach an agreement.

“We’re hopeful that there won’t be any disruptions,” Trudeau told reporters.

Police and security at the scene did nothing to quell the disruptions despite objections from press conference attendees.

Yesterday outside of the Justice Department building in Washington DC, Representatives Paul Gosar, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, and Louie Gohmert were escorted away from the scene after leftist agitators intentionally disrupted a press conference regarding January 6 detainees, prison reform, civil rights, and criminal justice. National File has now obtained exclusive footage revealing that the leftist agitators had arrived on a large flatbed truck, blasting loud Go-go music in an effort to disrupt the conference. Press conference attendees approached security at the scene to ask them why the agitators were being allowed to disrupt the press conference held by elected officials, but they did not stop it. According to witnesses, the situation became so out-of-hand that Justice Department security approached the police to inquire about the loud music-blasting flatbed truck, which arrived as Rep. Gohmert was speaking to One America News.

In the exclusive video, viewers will notice that the flatbed truck playing excessively loud music is just yards away from the podium and cameras where the elected officials were speaking from. A man is seen using a loud microphone, shouting as Go-go music emitted from the large truck. Police and security at the scene were standing by, allowing it all to continue. It is unclear why the leftist agitators would be attempting to disrupt a press conference regarding prison reform and citizen’s civil rights.

The press conference held by Representatives Gosar, Greene, Gaetz, and Gohmert, regarding the mistreatment and abuse of January 6 prisoners, was ultimately interrupted by a crowd of deranged leftists, causing elected officials to be escorted out of the situation for their safety prior to the filming of the exclusive video footage of the Go-go flatbed truck, as National File reported. The conference came shortly after the group of Congresspeople issued a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding the release of 14,000 hours of footage from January 6 that the Department of Justice possesses, as well as demanding answers on the torturous conditions in which the detainees are being held.

Five Eyes warn about hacking dangers in wake of China cyber attacks

Australia’s premier cyber security agency has joined forces with its “Five Eyes” partners for the first time to issue an unprecedented warning about the vulnerabilities cyber hackers are exploiting in the wake of a series of hacks by China.

In a joint statement with its sister agencies in Britain, Canada, the United States and New Zealand, the Australian Cyber Security Centre released advice on the top 30 cyber security vulnerabilities being exploited by hackers over the past 18 months.

The five agencies released the advice partly in response to a wave of hackings orchestrated by China’s Ministry of State Security in which it also paid criminal groups to conduct ransomware attacks to extort millions of dollars from companies. The attack on Microsoft Exchange software topped the list of the biggest vulnerabilities exploited so far in 2021.

Australia last week took the rare step of joining with key allies to formally accuse Beijing of the co-ordinated hackings and engaging contract hackers to steal intellectual property in the attacks, which began in January.

The attacks on Microsoft Exchange software allowed hackers to gain access to the email systems of thousands of users, including in Australia.

The Chinese embassy in Australia rejected the allegations, saying Australia had its own poor record on cyber attacks and was like a thief crying “stop the thief”.

The five agencies warned on Wednesday night that the increased use of remote work options, such as virtual private networks (VPNs) and cloud-based services, had provided more opportunities for cyber attackers. Four of the most targeted vulnerabilities in 2020 related to remote working, VPNs, or cloud-based technologies.

ACSC head Abigail Bradshaw said malicious cyber attackers would continue exploiting weaknesses in everyday products, including Microsoft Office, “unless vulnerabilities are urgently addressed”.

“If Australians become a victim of cyber crime, the ACSC is always ready to offer help and is a one-stop shop for reliable and easy-to-follow advice,” she said.

Eric Goldstein, executive assistant director for the US agency CISA, said organisations that apply the best practices of cyber security, such as “patching”, can reduce their risk to cyber actors exploiting known vulnerabilities in their networks. A “patch” is a set of updates to a program or software that addresses vulnerabilities to better withstand a cyber attack.

“In cyber security, getting the basics right is often most important,” Mr Goldstein said.

GPEC is a nonprofit tasked with bringing new business into Arizona. The list of GPEC Directors, Ambassadors, Leadership Council, and 170 investor companies represent some of the most powerful organizations in the U.S. This includes sports teams, financial firms, even mines, and utility companies. Jack Sellers appears to be surrounded by and possibly accountable to some very powerful people. Seller’s International Council even has a Foreign Investment Toolkit that dedicates 10 pages on how to obtain foreign worker visas.

Jack Sellers is also the Board of Directors Vice President for the Arizona Sister Cities program. Half of the Arizona cities represented in ASC now have a counterpart in China. This includes the cities of Zhenjiang, Chengdu, Kaiping, Leshan, Haikou are now partnered with some of Arizona’s biggest cities like Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix.

In most cases, GPEC does a great job for Arizona, especially when snatching businesses fleeing California. But many question their tactic of bringing the devil to our doorstep. The last 5 years alone shed light that China’s intentions are not aligned with U.S. best interests. This includes FBI arrest of Chinese spies, commercial espionage, corruption within Universities, massive IP theft, and so on. On June 10, 2021, Dr. Malone joined biologist Bret Weinstein, Ph.D, on the Dark Horse Podcast, where Malone raised numerous safety concerns about the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, both of which use mRNA technology. He warned about future autoimmune issues caused by the spike proteins within the mRNA injections.

Malone also stated that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was aware that the spike proteins were “biologically active and could travel from the injection site and cause adverse events, and that the spike protein, if biologically active, is very dangerous.”
