The article above stuck with me despite all the drama of people saying Rossi and Industrial Heat were a con…if so, why did the DoD get a demo and then commissioned further studies? Why did congress get a briefing six years ago on LENR by a Rossi competitor, Brillouin Energy on their reactor?
