Biden is encouraging employers to provide paid time-off to go get vaccinated.

Mr. Biden: Every federal government employee will be asked to attest to their vaccination status.

Mr. Biden: Remember just how dark that winter was.

Biden is claiming to carry a card around in his pocket with the number of Americans dead from coronavirus.

Mr. Biden: In a lot of places, people don't have to wear masks.

Mr. Biden: If you are unvaccinated, you present a problem. To yourself, your family, and to those with whom you work.

Mr. Biden: My guess is, if we don't start to make more progress, a lot of businesses, and a lot of enterprises, are going to require proof [of vaccination] for you to participate.
