The prisoners can't do much I suppose. I was thinking the free people can demand that the state and federal government apply their laws first and foremost upon those under their guardianship. They have a duty of care…
Force the governments to vax the prisoners because they have a duty of care. They are bound.
Then tell every drug dealer you know to spread the word to the prisoners to refuse the vax as it is a violation of international treaty.
Lock up the fight in the prisons.

It won't come to that for Australia. Ancient blood has already been split on those lands, those bloodlines are now the most powerful force on earth. All they have to do is point a stick at any para-military forces stupid enough to engage them in battle and their done for.
