They are laying the ground work to attack the 2nd amendment. Calling it racist.
they try to use the 13 amendment when they freed the slaves, it also repealed the 2nd amendment at the same time.

The 2nd amendment has been repealed
The 2A was repeal at the end of the civil war. With the adoption of the 13 amendment to abolish the slavery. Since the racists 2A was written in to promote slavery, That right ended with with slavery.
