There actually are a lot of federal employees who are fine Americans trying to do the right thing and give good value to the American people.
They are generally local hire's who need one member of the family working at an establishment job in order to provide insurance and a regular paycheck to the family. My small rural farming/ranching community is a perfect example.
The problem arises at the upper echelon's who have been targeted for infiltration by the elites. To get beyond the "tech" positions, you have to have college degrees. The education they receive at college predisposes them to the "woke" mindset, believing in global warming, etc.
They are mocked and dismissed behind their backs but it doesn't matter because they are in a bubble with their fellow travelers who are making policy. Policy which often has nothing to do with their job description or the mandates of the agency, but everything to do with installing a culture.
