This morning I was watching “TURN Washington Spies” and a name mentioned was “Howe”

Oh and another thing I noticed was a stack of letters that was picked up by a letter courier and wrapped around it was a red ribbon around those letters. Paraphrasing here but the line in the show was remove the “red tape” by someone asking for his mail because he was standing right there and the courier said he had to take it with him to sort them (Protocol).
